        inept liars

        When asked if they could fix my problem, they said they could but they did not. Technician was also supposed to service my door and did not but wrote that he did. Tried to sell me a $400 unneccesary item. Eventually said they would return my check but cashed it instead. Deserves 0 star rating!

        Overall

        Terrible service and lies. Would not refund my money even though they didn't fix the problem. I only gave it one star because I couldn't find a way to give it 0!!!
