I feel the quality of employees at the downtown office is lacking. No one greets you when you walk in. The man at the welcome desk is dressed like he is going the gym and was chit chatting with other staff with no regard to the customers waiting, I had to say excuse me to get their attention. The tellers seem to just want to do the transaction and get you out of their way. I don't feel like this is the place to do professional financial business. I have an account with another credit union and will move all of my accounts there. They are leaps and bounds ahead with their service.

Not great customer appreciation, climbing rates and a steady decline in quality of service have marked the past two years.
