Fist off if I could give a negative rating I would give a negative 40 stars. I called and was treated amazing over the phone by the wonderful lady in their office, however that is the extent of the professionalism from this company. Don't get suckered by the sweet voice on the phone. The man Craig that was to call back never did and when he showed up at his own convenience he made it quite clear that he did not want or have to be there. He told us that we had to many problems to fix and he wouldn't be able to help us. I then went through his list of my problems asking who do I call to have it fixed to which he responded to all of them with " We can fix that". So at the end of all that he and this company can fix all my so called problems, but yet could not give me an estimate or start for a week or more. I at this time had NO heat/natural gas in my home with a 3 year old in winter conditions. So what I'm trying to say is if you are in a desperate need to heat your house please do not waste your precious time on these horrible people. If I had not called Plumb MT I would still have no heat because I still have not gotten a call from them over a year later. I'm just so glad for the professionals at plumb mt inc. Thanks to them it was fixed in two days one for the work and the next to call MDU to come back and double verify everything was up and fixed.
I made a request to this company to assist in fixing the air conditioning system for my business. I was initially treated in a fair manner and connected to an on-call serviceman. However, the service quickly declined from there. I was insulted at their general attitude over the phone about payment terms. II was then informed that the service man would be "on his way." He did not come, and he later called to say he was going to another job. He then assured me he would get another serviceman to come instead. After some time passed...no call back, no other service guy. Two hours later, I was called to say that he again was "on his way." Alas, no one showed. Another phone call and, again, I was informed that he would be pre-empting my request to go on another service call. He informed me that he would not be able to make it before the end of the day, even though I had made my service request early that morning. I consider this inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior and would not recommend this company's services to anyone.
