As many times as I called sales or support I only talked to one person in sales and two in support. Neither of their support people could find my address or account, even after I ordered service. One individual kept saying they were going to get fired that day. I let them go and tried to dial sales, but got routed to the same support person.I tried to pay when I signed up. It took my information and told my it couldn't charge my credit card, without trying again. Maybe I typed something wrong, but it didn't let me try again. The only sales person I ever talked to called me and told me I needed to make a payment and that I could do so online. The website could not find my account, even though it gave me back all my information with a security code. When I fed that same information back, it would not accept it.As I write this, I am connected, and have ample information about my account. I cannot get into the site, I cannot get through their phone system, their chat support is off line and the reset password page says that my new password does not match their records.. before it saved the new one. This was after their system said I had to have a special character in my password, and when I added a common non-alphanumeric character it told me illegal character. I tried all the number row symbols, and none worked. If you can use someone else, even if all you can find is a re-seller that you deal with them and not Centurylink, do it.
