dishonest and unprofessional. refuses to return calls. kept portion of my deposit unfairly. do not rent from this company
These guys were extremely rude to my girlfriend and I. I didn't believe all of the negative reviews online and figured that they were just from upset tenants who failed to do the right things ngd, but after having been disrespected by this company and having money stolen from my girlfriend, I would highly recommend you not even attempt to rent from these guys. Do what I should have done and save yourself the time, stress and money.
This company is reliable and professional, as their name says. They are very conscientious about keeping the property in excellent condition, and are there when you need them. I would highly recommend.Suzanne R.
Rainbow properties is the WORST rental property company in Billings. They are scam artists. Avoid them at ALL costs. They are thieves.
Small property management companies are not necessarily better. I've rented from much better in Billings.
The best Property Management Company in Billings! Very professional and easy to work with, staff is great too!
Professional management has always responded to my needs and has been very good while I was renting with them and I would rent from them again
No customer service whatsoever. Once you become a tenant they completely lie about getting things fixed. Most of the things that they promised to fix before we moved in never happened and we lived there almost 3yrs. We went almost 2wks without hot water because the hot water tank broke down and we have 2 small children. Unacceptable!! The staff is down right rude and the maintenance men were always meth heads. When we moved in the place had not been cleaned. Pay your good money elsewhere!!!! Don't waste it here.
BEWARE!! Rain.bow properties are scam artists!! They charge double deposits so that when you move they keep even more of your money and I promise you they WILL keep your deposit. There isn't a "walk through" process to protect you because they DO NOT plan on returning your deposit. The apartment was cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in and they still kept my $1700 deposit and proceeded to charge me $800 more saying I did not provide an 30 day notice that I was moving out. So BEWARE!!! If you want to throw away a bunch of your hard earned money and possibly end up owing them money then go ahead and use them!!
I've worked for, and am currently renting through Professional Management, Inc. I have many friends who are and have rented through PMI as well. I have had bad and good experiences with private landlords in my previous rentals, being the first management company I have rented from, it has been a good experience for me and my room mates. Some day when I have a rental, I'd be sure to have them manage it.
