I bought a flavor of e liquid called "melon balls of fire" a couple of months ago, and after having let it steep, I filled a brand new rdta with it. This noxious juice was only in the tank for less than two days and it completely ruined my tank. I soaked it in commercial cleaner overnight and still it reeks of cinnamon. When I called to complain, the manager treated me with disrespect, and refused to replace my tank, stating that I was the first person to have this issue, that he uses this flavor "all the time", and to have me bring it to him so he could clean it for me. I've been vaping for 3 years and know how to clean a tank. Hence the beginning of the disrespect. As far as I'm concerned, if I owned a shop like his, I would remember that the customer is always right, especially the educated and experienced customer, and I would have done anything in my power to make said customer happy. Now I sit with a brand new, completely ruined piece of expensive equipment, and a very low opinion of Vapor Craziness. Don't waste your time or money there when there's a great vape shop just a couple miles up the street where they treat you with respect and actually try to fix a problem, not treat you like an idiot. Negative 5 stars.
