Lithia Toyota has taken care of me for the past 12 years. They have always been professional and have explained what needed to be done and why. My 2008 Camry loves Lithia Toyota.

I am the director of a small non profit. Last fall our office rig was vandalized. I called every dealer I could think of to get help. Terri Braun went over the top to get us the rig we needed, And it was new. no more used rigs for us. YOU ROCK Even drove cross the state to deliver. Don't get much better than that
I had a very positive experience at Bob Smith. Never felt any pressure to buy or anything. I was able to test drive the car for a few days and that is how i made up my mind to buy it. Sales staff was friendly and knowledgable about the Mazda i was looking at.
Justin Pearce is 110% solid, trustworthy, kind, caring, and is ready to find you the car and financing of your DREAMS! I so HIGHLY recommend him! Give him ONE try, he will AMAZE YOU! 5 stars!!!
Would not do business with these people. We were in our Rv in Livingston mt when we blew our well maintained ford v10 triton engine with only 42,000 miles. Our warranty was 5 years, 50,000 miles and we were 12 days past the 5 year mark. Tom, at Laurel, told me they might be able to get us"good-will assistance" from ford, but then could not order the engine now, but we had to bring it in so they could determine what caused engine to blow. Also they had 2 RV"s on their lot, that had the same thing happen, and they had to take care of them first. (not a good sign for the V10) So instead of ordering the engine now and then towing our RV to them in a week, we sat in an RV park in Livingstone, planning to have RV towed to them in a week so they could start the "good-will" process. After 5 days, I called them to verify our appointment in a couple of days. At this time they informed me they could not give us any "good will". Spoke to the service manager, Bubb, and he told me because of the 2 RV V10 replacements ahead of us, he will absolutely not help us out. Told me he could still order the new engine and replace it for $14,000, but has used up his Good will. THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THIS RIGHT UP FRONT. My wife and I wasted almost a week waiting for them. I have found, that in the long run, you are better off not doing business with people that treat you like this. As far as the Ford V10 triton, the jury is still out….but DEFINATELY AVOID LAUREL FORD LIKE THE PLAGUE.
These guys got us in quick and did a great job thank you ....
My wife and I were on a 5400 mile motorcycle trip in June 2015 when we had a badly punctured rear tire on our Goldwing on a Saturday afternoon at 2 pm. We were 33 miles outside of Billings , headed to Deadwood when this occurred. Luckily we got the bike towed to this dealer before closing and they found the tire problem . Unfortunately, they had sold the last rear tire that would fit my bike earlier in the day. They got on the phone and found one for me, went and got it and then fixed it. We had also needed a battery and they had to use one off of a showroom bike to replace mine, but it wasn't charged. They took us to a motel of our choosing and then Donavan , the service writer , picked us up the next day - Sunday , Father's Day no less, and took us to the shop and got us on our way, I cannot express how great the entire crew was in helping us get thru a nerve wracking situation , hours before they would have been closed for Sunday and Monday. These guys and gals Rock !!Dave Boles Burleson, Tx
I view a dealership as my last resort for having something done that someone else wouldn't be able to do because the dealer is suppose to know more. I didn't feel they listened to me. I have a 2001 car, old enough they should have a track record. I found things online that gave me more information than they seem to know. Denny is likely pushing cars through as fast as they can and the service person gets some money accordingly. My car has an electrical problem and they screw up twice. I left me car with them for two weeks at different times. All I get is your battery needs replace. The first time they charge me $550 to fix what they thought was wrong but didn't fix. The second time they tell me the battery is dead and give me a laundry list of things they say need to be fixed on my car. I already know I replace some of the items mentioned so I know they are going by most common things needing changed and up selling. I see it as lying. Don't go to Denny Menholt for service work unless you have to like oil changes that came with the car.
SHADY PRACTICES, DISHONEST SALES, INCORRECT INFORMATION ON ADS...We just spent loads of time checking out a used BMW online, the salesman and the ad said it was a manual, salesman talked it up how it runs perfectly etc. I took the plunge and drove an hour and a half to Billings... The car's an automatic and there's a horrible whine while driving it. In restrospect I should've looked more closely at the interior pics to see it wasn't manual, but I figured I could trust them.I was wrong. The worst part is the guy was putting loads of pressure on us the whole time to buy it and didn't even know anything about the car, my father and I talked circles around him.If they can't even get the ad right what else did they miss? Stay away unless you want to waste time and get ripped off.
I purchased a home from their Great Falls store. The home was blocked poorly. Blocks are leaning and look like they will fall over. Doors wouldn't work and they try to blame manufacturer bit its the poor blocking. They won't return my phone calls. I'm paying two rents now because they have stalled for two weeks. They are completely disorganized. They couldn't give me a date for delivery of home. When they showed up they couldn't call. They were told to call so the court owner could be there to place the home. Totally disgruntled.
