My wife and I were on a 5400 mile motorcycle trip in June 2015 when we had a badly punctured rear tire on our Goldwing on a Saturday afternoon at 2 pm. We were 33 miles outside of Billings , headed to Deadwood when this occurred. Luckily we got the bike towed to this dealer before closing and they found the tire problem . Unfortunately, they had sold the last rear tire that would fit my bike earlier in the day. They got on the phone and found one for me, went and got it and then fixed it. We had also needed a battery and they had to use one off of a showroom bike to replace mine, but it wasn't charged. They took us to a motel of our choosing and then Donavan , the service writer , picked us up the next day - Sunday , Father's Day no less, and took us to the shop and got us on our way, I cannot express how great the entire crew was in helping us get thru a nerve wracking situation , hours before they would have been closed for Sunday and Monday. I want to say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I were able to get into a nicer car at a better interest rate than we were expecting. Our credit is not perfect and they were able to make it happen for us. We are proud owners of a new Camry. I would like to also thank Terrence Brake our salesman and Mike Duff the finance guy for everything. There were a couple mix-ups about some things and they dealt with me very professionally. I am the first to admit that I can be hard to deal with sometimes and they were able to assure me that everything was right on track and make me a happy customer. We were in Billings over the July 4th weekend for a wedding and the alternator in our car failed the afternoon of the 4th. I called the service department as soon as they opened and Rick Welke worked us into their already booked Saturday schedule. Rick did a great job staying in contact with me through the day to keep me updated on their progress. When I arrived to pick up the car, to my surprise it was washed and vacuumed. A nice treat after three days of bug slime had accumulated on the front of the car! Well done Menholt service department!
I have been dealing with Denny Menholt ever since I got my first car and I have been very satisfied. I go to Malik Jones whenever I am ready to purchase a vehicle and he gets me the best possible deals he can which I greatly appreciate. He also found me a car that I have wanted for a long time that is safe for my children and was reasonably priced with low miles. When I get my car serviced I normally find the problem has been fixed there is only one thing that I have not seemed to have fixed on my car but I will take it up and try again....

I had a very positive experience at Bob Smith. Never felt any pressure to buy or anything. I was able to test drive the car for a few days and that is how i made up my mind to buy it. Sales staff was friendly and knowledgable about the Mazda i was looking at.
I bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle at Denny Menholt. About 3 months in, the engine had a serious problem. The Service Department got me in immediately, gave me a loaner vehicle and completely took care of the problem. Friendly, no hassles, great service!
