These guys did an amazing job on my vehicle! My car was dirty both inside and out! It looks like a brand new car!
TL;DR: I would rather drive my car into a river than ever visit again.This car wash never cleans very well, but generally your hands are tied when it's the only car wash on your side of town. My last visit awarded me a 3" screw in my tire which had my tire flat within 5 minutes as I drove to a gas station down the road. It was christmas eve.Would have been ok, IF the manager cared at all. I called the manager and asked him to help resolve it politely, and he told me that "we clean the car wash every night" and "I can't help you. Bye.". Had to switch to the donut tire (on christmas eve) and get an entirely new tire because it went flat so quick the sidewall was damaged. Luckily I had a spare car so I could make a trip to see my family on Christmas.These people don't care about you or your car. Avoid them at all costs. No refund on my car wash and out >$170 for a new tire. Thanks Don's Car Wash.
To be honest if I could give them no stars I would. I made an appointment in advance. I dropped It off a few minutes after 8:30. Joann at the front desk rudely let me know that I was late. I asked how long it would take and she stated all day and then verified my phone number. I drove by several times throughout the day and saw that starting out around 2:30 it was parked out front. I wasn't called until 5:50 to let me know it was done. I went down and looked it over and it looked like garbage. I called back the next day and spoke with a manager who assured me they would get it done today. They finally called me again around 2 and let me know it was finished. I came down and looked it over. Again, it looked like crap. They make excuses for everything and don't take ownership of their work. For being a detailing company there sure is a lack of detail. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I had a terrible experience with this business. I scheduled an appointment to have my car detailed. The person at the front desk was okay the first couple of times I spoke to her but later I felt was very rude and unprofessional. I called the day before my appointment and was greeted by a voice mail message. I left a a message asking if it was okay if I could bring my car in a little later than originally scheduled (9 instead of 8 or 8:30) and told them to call me if this was a problem. I never received a call back. When I arrived the next day around 9:00, the person said "You're late!". She was not kidding. One of the detailers was standing there so I asked if it was still okay to leave it. He said "Yes" so I left it. I received a message a few hours later saying they had a "huge concern" about my car. When I called back, the person said that radiator fluid had mysteriously leaked all over the floor of their shop and that they didn't think it was safe to drive it because of the lack of radiator fluid. I went to pick it up and they offered no explanation or apologies, just handed me the keys and said nothing. I had it towed to my mechanic who said (after over $200 worth of work) that the radiator hose must have blown off when the engine was steam cleaned and that the person must have replaced it. If they would had at least admitted to what happened & replaced the fluid, I would not be this upset. They did a decent job cleaning my car (I was told by my mechanic that they use Armor-All which is not the best product for leather but I have not verified this). I will definitely not be going back because of their unprofessional behavior.
My husband went to dons car wash on main st Friday 12/5/14. They charged his debit card $10, $13.61, and $100 all within about 2 minutes. He called 3 times yesterday to find out what he needed to do, no one called back and the "manager" said they couldn't help him until monday. He called again today and was told that it will be 5-7 business days to be refunded and that this happens all the time. He stated that he probably won't be going there again and that a week for $130 from a car wash is bad business and the manager hung up.
I requested a specific brand and weight for my vehicle, they had already dropped the old oil before they realized they didn't carry the weight I requested. Highly disappointed.
