Don't ever rent a u-haul truck from these pricks. They make you put more gas in it than what it shows.
I was never treated so rudely by a cashier. I went in for the first time to your new store and let the cashier know that we wonted to fill-up, and she let me know she couldn't turn it on until it was paid. Ok I understood, and sad as much. Then she popped off how she was just having a conversation. She was taken her sweet time wail my husband was out in the heat. When it was my turn I ask for a pack of cig. She goes to tell me how to pronounce the name of the brand I wont. My truck takes $100.00 to fill but because she was rude I paid $20.00. I live on 34th st. and would of gave you my business but your cashier Sheena L. just pissed me off to know in, today, so what will I say on Facebook are to any one that ask. If you wont to have some one be rude to you by all means go there. If you wont better service go to central zip and they will treat you as a person after all they know they are good and do a great job. My way of looking at it is she doesn't believe in herself. You might wont to retrain her in customer service.
There warehouse crew is second to none!! I ask they deliver!!
HORRIBLE experience with these idiots. I've had a previous bad experience in their "Express Lube", and today took my car in to get a car wash. One of the attendants at the end of the car wash was using dirty rags and scratched my car. When we went back THREE TIMES to speak with the manager, the extremely-young and annoying girl at the counter kept telling us he wasn't in, and to return. We returned time after time until he was finally there. He didn't even apologize, offer an explanation or anything. He simply glanced at it and said, "That didn't happen here", then commenced to attempt to make us feel like fools in telling us what car wash scratches look like. He never once acted sincere. Instead, he acted more like a pompous windbag, and never even considered the fact that his finishing attendants were most likely using dirty rags. The manager said, "Someone brushed up against your car with jeans on. That's how that happened". No, that's NOT how it happened, and I will guarantee Don's is going to pay for the scratches to be filled. Never, ever, ever go here. They accept no liability, and offer absolutely no consolation for your inconvenience or frustration. Horrible business. And what's with all of the teenagers working there???
