Because of credit issue, I did get a car with them. They can guarantee a car loan because they put a device on the car that will shut that car down if you are late with a payment. If you make a payment, they send a code to the device to keep the car running. For 18 months I've paid, sometimes I'm ahead. And several times they were so incompetent they either sent the wrong code, the wrong date on the code (so the car turns off before the due date), or just didn't bother to send it. I got stranded three times -- missed work twice and got ticketed once. The credit manager was bored taking my complaint. They will do nothing to make it right, they simply don't care. They are getting their money and your satisfaction is not part of the equation.

Great customer service, vehicles were very clean! Awesome experience.
Lithia Toyota has taken care of me for the past 12 years. They have always been professional and have explained what needed to be done and why. My 2008 Camry loves Lithia Toyota.
I am the director of a small non profit. Last fall our office rig was vandalized. I called every dealer I could think of to get help. Terri Braun went over the top to get us the rig we needed, And it was new. no more used rigs for us. YOU ROCK Even drove cross the state to deliver. Don't get much better than that
My advice is to stay away from this place! Lied to me from the getgo. Terrible experience and I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone. Worst dealership experience ever!!!!!
What a joke. They wanted to charge 20 percent or higher for interest because of first time buyer. And said that that's what a bank would be asking also.Went to another dealership and got a loan from a bank for 11 percent. Never a gain.
I had a very positive experience at Bob Smith. Never felt any pressure to buy or anything. I was able to test drive the car for a few days and that is how i made up my mind to buy it. Sales staff was friendly and knowledgable about the Mazda i was looking at.
Shortened for YP word limit, see full review on Yelp or Google Reviews.Over the weekend when I was driving to work after buying the car the windshield cracked. The manager said he’d look into it, but a few more days go by and I call him back, to have him tell me that he could not justify replacing the windshield as too much time had passed since purchasing the vehicle. He did mention that he was willing to replace the windshield at cost, and honestly I took that as an insult. As far as I was concerned he had basically told me that he did not believe me, but was willing to at least not make a profit off of me to make me go away. If not replacing the windshield for free, as any good dealership would have done, the dealership should have at least offered to split the cost of the windshield. The only question I have is with as much as they avoided cleaning the car if they actually knew the damage was there to begin with and knowingly sold me the damaged car.
This dealership SUCKS.....they are a RIP OFF, do not do business with these creepy people. Steve knew I was in a really bad position and LIED THROUGH HIS DAMN TEETH to get my money no matter what was wrong with the vehicle I bought
FANTASTIC AUTO DEALER! My entire family has always bought our cars from Taylor's Choice and have always been very pleased. We have enjoyed Mark and his crew for 15+ years. Three cars for me. 2 SUV's for my husband, 2 cars for my son, 2 trucks for my sister, -etc, etc, etc! Never a problem. ABOVE AND BEYOND- My son was driving his Impala we had previously purchased to Missoula for college and smelled oil as he was driving, He called Mark and Mark paid for a check up in Missoula and it turned out the smell was from our Son spilling oil around the engine and Mark paid to have it cleaned up and an oil change to put his mind at ease! Now that is service!!!
