Very disappointing. They cancel your appointment at the last minute. Don't bother to return calls or verify online appointment. Last winter a co woker had a gift certificate to use . she waited in the parking lot and nobody even showed up. needless to say they did even tell her her appointment had been cancelled. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!.
I have been going to Tracy at sensation for well over a year now. She does an absolute fantastic job. A friend of mine goes to Jon and her nails are just as perfect! I used to go to Davi In Walmart but for some reason they always broke! Ever since I've gone to sensation I've never had a problem and will not go anywhere else. I also want to add, that sensation spa is very passionate about their customer service. If you are unhappy, let them know and I know they are always willing to fix it, just see Tracy or Jon.
Lady who did my nails did not get it through her head what I actually wanted and did her own thing. Plus, she drilled on each nail so bad that they were sooooo sensitive for the longest time...they are still not growing the same after 3 years now...paid $50. I was so disappointed. I do admit she was very fast and tried to make you feel welcomed. Won't be going back again.
I'm only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. This was by far the WORST pedicure experience I've ever had! I called ahead of time and made appointments for 4 pedis and was assured they could do them all at 6. When we arrived, there were only 2 techs working and one was busy with manis. at 6:15, we asked the gentleman if anyone was coming to work on us and he assured they were on their way (by this time my water had gone cold twice). Well no one else ever showed up to work so the two of them rushed through as quickly as possible, my entire pedi start to finish lasted FIFTEEN minutes!!! She didn't scrub my feet at all and barely rubbed lotion on. To make matter worse, the girl made rude comments about my personal appearance to myself and Her coworkers. I am so disappointed with the pedicure and service, I will never return!! I suggest you save yourself the miserable experience and go somewhere else!
Beth Niles, massage therapist is great. Honestly one of the best massages I have had. My regular massage therapist retired so I am delighted to find Beth!
So after a very long week and been doing nothing but laying in bed resting up after my brain surgery. My gf decided to take me to get my nails done. Unfortunately my usual nail girl was out of town so I had to go somewhere new. Yesterday I called to make an appointment. I specifically told the girl on the phone that I wanted nail art done. She said that would be fine..just let the nail tech know. Upon arriving my gf and I stated we did not want a pedicure but just a polish change..they insisted on questioning us on why we didn't want pedicures. I told them due to health concerns and horror stories I've read..I don't get pedicures at places that don't use disposable plastic liners. The nail tech insisted on questioning me on that tidbit to let me know that I was wrong..she stated she had been in the business 9 yrs and never heard of it. When I asked about some nail art..even tho she had been in the business 9 yrs..she didn't know how to do nail art. I Mentioned that I had seen lots of pics of nail art on their fb...she stated that the owner had done those but the owner was pregnant and could no longer do nail art. She assured me that there would be somebody that could do the nail art I wanted. So she passes me over to a guy who could not do a nail art....big surprise! He sends me to a lady who is already doing someones nail and About that time the owner comes in and she told her to do my nail art. So I asked her if she can do my toes as well as my fingers because the people before told me she couldn't bend over to do toes. She becomes really rude and angry. There was 6 nail technicians and I left w no nail art. Also while I was there this lady came in to have some work done on her toes and she wanted a certain nail technician... She had made an appointment yesterday and they told her her nail technician would be there. Come to find out that nail technician is off for the winter so they knew darn good and well that he was not going to be there but made the appointment anyway. Also the first nail technician told me how clean they were and how they cleaned out every station after use and that it was regulated by the state.... Interesting enough, they sat the lady down to get a pedicure where they had done my friends toe nails and had never cleaned the station. I will be reporting this to the state. While we were there...they had triple booked some of the technicians so when I left there was was a girl that had a a scheduled appointment at 1:00 and she was still sitting there waiting at 20 after 1 My gf did get nail art on her toes but not on her fingers. I will never be back to Golden Nails In Billings mt
1st time there to get a fill for my nails. Overpriced at $35 for a fill and haven't lasted. Edges are peeling up in a week and a half. I'm used to paying no more than $22 for a fill. When I called to make appt. and asked for price I was told between 22 and 30 but she "really didn't know cause everyone charges different prices". Thought that was strange but really needed them done. Not going back. Low quality and lack of accurate information.
I have been a client since they opened. The spa is by far the best in Billings. It is clean and manned by very professional staff. In my 26 years in Billings I have tried dozens of salons and spa's. None could provide the perfect acrylic set of nails regardless of who did your service.mTracy is my primary nail tec, however over the past three years,, Jon and Kim have also done my nails as well as other staff. I have gotten always gotten a perfect set. Their prices are in line or lower than most salons in town. They offer a variety of priced pedicures and nail services. The convenience of walk in service more times than not is an excellent service. Tracy and Jon run a five star spa. I will continue to refer them.Carmella Grill
Tracy, her husband Jon and their staff do an excellent job of not only accommodating the many clients they handle in a day, they do a beautiful job on your nails. I am constantly getting compliments on my nails and they ask who does them. I am always quick to refer Tracy and Jons shop. They are quick, efficient, and I find them reasonably priced. I've been coming to Sensations for well over two years and I felt immediately comfortable here and made to feel welcome. I would highly recommend Tracy, Jon or anyone on their staff for nail or pedicure services. Susie
I had been going to this nail salon for the last two years. I went in for a normal two week fill and I one of the owners put me with a lady who had to be new at nails because mine looked awful! They were crooked and she made me bleed in a few places and the nail art looked like my 3 year old son just did it. Anyway I let one of the owners know how displeased I was ( his name is Jon) he said he would fix it and to come back, keep in mind I have been going to this place for two years and this was my first complaint ever. So a couple days later when I found the time I went back Jon's wife was there and I informed her of the situation and what she told me I couldn't believe! She said they looked alright and if I expected any better that it was unrealistic. I told her that her husband told me they didn't look good and that he would fix them, she then told me to leave and come back when he was there. I went back later that night and sat down with Jon to get my nails fixed ( while his wife sat in the back and talked about me to everyone that worked there not knowing that I could make out what she was saying ( I speak enough Chinese so I could make out most of the awful things she was saying) Jon fixed my nails and then charged me another 25 on top of the 35 he charged me two days prior. Stay away!!!! Greedy awful people!
