Jacks Kar Kare Center

I broke down in that city moving to Texas and couldn't find any shops without availability! So I called this shop and Robert the owner said he would come tow my truck for $100, when he got on scene he changed the price to $170, I had no choice since other companies were expensive. He then towed it with a strap ruining my trucks alignment and ball joints. He said the problem with the breakdown was a water pump then said that would cost $250. That was after he tried to get me to sign a paper allowing him to work on the truck and do any repairs necessary regardless of price. Anyways, he replaced the water pump, the charge was $370. I noticed mud in my radiator and he said "that's OK, it will be years before it cause any kind of damage", I paid him for his service and made up the road and my truck started overheating and I took it to a shop on a couple miles down the road and they replaced the radiator and hoses and said nothing was wrong with my water pump that Jacks Kar Kare Center replaced! Also, the owner of Jacks said after getting my money he don't warranty anything once I leave the lot and said now he has money to go to the casino. The whole time he was working on my truck he was bragging about all the people he has sued and taken there vehicles because they couldn't pay for repairs! He also had some guy working onmy truck who told me he never worked on cars before he was just working off a debt to the owner! DON'T GO HERE EVER IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE!
