        I am extremely disappointed in...

        I am extremely disappointed in the service of the owner and the follow through of the company as a whole! I had the owner give me a quote, called him a few days later to let him know that I was choosing his company to provide a service, and they NEVER SHOWED UP!!! I took over 3 hours off of work to prepare my house for carpet cleaning and they never showed up, when I called a lady told me that they had no appointment for me. I was so disappointed! To this day the owner has never called to apologize nor did the lady I talked to on the phone. Had to hire another company!
