We were taken back to the exam room by the tech. Dr. Davids was standing typing on his computer facing the wall. It was extremely awkward since we sat there for 5 minutes without him acknowledging we were present. He then turned around and started talking about our cat. A greeting at least would have been nice, especially since this was our first time there, besides boarding a few times. The other thing that made us decide not to come back, was the lack of communication. He needed to take some blood from the neck of our cat, and started putting our cat in this bag to hold him down. Our cat couldn't breathe and his eyes kept rolling back in his head. I yelled out please stop! Dr. David said to me "Well do you want me to do this or what??" I said, it looks like you are hurting him and he can't breathe. He then went on to say in a demanding tone, then you can step out. My husband and I just looked at eachother. The tech, was the one who started explaining things to us. I would never refer anyone to see Dr. Davids as he is extremely rude and has absolutely no people skills. He has lost us as a future customer and multiple other people I have already told about our terrible experience. PLEASE, for the sake of your pet find somewhere else to go...
