Poor customer service! After making a reservation online Saturday for a car to be dropped off Tuesday morning at the repair shop I received a call Tuesday morning stating they seen I had an insurance claim and would like to schedule me in. I informed the lady I already have a reservation through you to meet me in 45min at the repair shop. She looked into it and said yes but we don't have a car right now. I said will you have one some time today? She replied " yes definitely today just not until 3:30-4pm or so" I said ok. It's now 3 days later and I still haven't received a call from them so I called to speak with the manager... he never even apologized just repeated 3 times it's because I'm still driving the car and that the insurance company won't cover a rental car if I'm driving mine still. REALLY!! I don't want to still be driving my car that's why Enterprise was supposed to call me back with a time to meet them at the shop so that I could leave my car there and not be stranded.
