Two seasons ago, I went there and purchased a new Cruiser. Mike, the owner was very helpful. Got a screaming deal on the bike and only wish I had gone there for my first bike. When they do a ""service"" it is quick and thorough which is nice since our season is so short. I have stopped by on several occasions, and have needed an occasional bolt or some other small part and they have just given it to me for free and even loaned me whatever tool I would need to do the fix in their yard. That sort of thing goes a long way, and now I send everybody I know that is looking for a toy to go and give them their business.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in to look at additional 4 wheelers for our kids and when we asked the salesman (possibly the owner or mechanic) for the quads we were looking for, he told us they were in the back but to ""keep your hands off my equipment."" For someone to be in sales/customer service, that was completely unprofessional. Not to mention, it's no way to treat or greet customers. We were very interested in purchasing, even had our trailers in tow to load up the atv's. Do not recommend this business to anyone looking for any type of Yamaha. Worth the drive to just go to Anchorage!
