          The food here is great! Unique menu items, great steaks & daily specials, This is a sit-down restaurant with a family-style atmosphere. I love to eat here!

          HistoryEstablished in 2009In 2006 we started catering under the name Black Tie to Barbeque. After a few years the need for a larger kitchen arose and the idea of the Goose was born. While being a little off the beaten path (just 2.7 off US 35!) we remodeled the perfect site for our catering and restaurant kitchen, a dining room to seat 60 and plenty of storage for catering equipment. Being in a small town makes life better at TWG. Yearly, we host a Halloween Block Party, following the Bidwell Parade. We've also added many of the locals to our growing family and have built lifelong ties to the community

          SpecialtiesThe Wounded Goose is a family owned and operated restaurant. We serve a wide array of dishes, from BBQ Ribs to Steaks... Shrimp and Grits and a Hot Brown. We're known for our AYCE salad bar featuring home made soups and 21+ items daily. You'll find the best Reuben around here, as well as the fluffiest Coconut Cream Pie and Fresh From the Oven Chocolate Chip Cookies with Ice Cream.We go above and beyond when it comes to our food. The buns are Home-Made, Fries and cut to order, Chips are fried to order. We hand-cut our Ribeye Steaks. Slow cook our own Ribs and Pulled Pork. It isn't just a tagline, it's the truth: We have a lot of competition but our food doesn't!
