        GRUNTIN N’ GOBBLIN outfitters is owned and operated by local hunters WHO have extensive knowledge of the property in which YOU will BE HUNTING. BEING hunters ourselves we have logged many hours on the land YOU will BE hunting and we know the normal routines of the deer and TURKEYS. OUR property is located in macon county missouri which is one of the TOP counties in the state of missouri for whitetails and turkeys if NOT in the WORLD. MACON county is in northern missouri and has TWO very nice lakes long branch lake and thomas hill LAKE. MACON county has a LOT of ROW crop ground and plenty of timber to grow and produce monster bucks and believe ME they GET harvested every year in this county. If YOU are like ME when your setting in the stand or whatever it maybe your probably sitting there praying that a trophy buck will walk OUT and give YOU the opportunity to harvest it. HEY everyone has done it but LET ME tell YOU something putting yourself on the ground that has been known to produce trophy bucks is half the BATTLE. THE fact is NOT ALL property is going to produce trophy bucks for whatever reason maybe the soil is NOT right in your area. Maybe there is TOO much hunting pressure around. Maybe There’s NOT enough food sources. And it might just BE flat OUT genetics just aren’t THERE. MACON county has the genetics and year after year they harvest Boone AND CROCKET bucks in this area.
