We're so happy to have another great restaurant in our neighborhood! We went on a Saturday around 5:30pm - it was a little crowded but they were so good about clearing tables quickly and helping us find a place to sit. The space itself is beautiful - really well designed with good music playing. Overall a friendly, welcoming energy. We tried the charred edamame, gem lettuce salad, pork ramen and chicken ramen. All were great. I LOVED the way the edamame was prepared and my kids could not get enough of the ramen - they finished two bowls and asked for more. Plus they offer a great list of wine and beer options. We will definitely be back soon!
Out of all the little corner spots The Table had got them all beat if your looking for a good taste yes, quantity yes, good customer service yes the price is just what it should be YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR here this place didn't put out false ads they really are the BOMB putting all these want to bee's out of business All they need is a bigger location (lord bless this business to continue going strong to continue pleasing the costumers, and most of all bless them with a bigger location) this is my prayer AMEN
The vegetarian baguette is sort of addictive. Different than what you will get at Subway. So yummy with cilantro and cucumber and avocado and a fresh jazzy taste. i would eat it every day if i could. The place looks INCREDIBLY clean so not sure what the first reviewer was referring to. Smoothie was yummy and dairy free. Kids are loving their grilled chicken baguette and the fresh crunch bread!
This is my go-to catering company for corporate events. They will cater for as few as 10 people at a very reasonable rate, and the food (very fresh and healthy salads and sandwiches) always gets rave reviews! I work with Jemma, who is very amenable to helping you customize your order according to specific wishes and dietary needs. The delivery and set-up is prompt and seamless!
Interesting flavors served up in this cozy little Craftsman cottage off the beaten path in Silver Lake. I order their ribs (which come in a spicy dry rub) every time and they never disappoint. They have a lot of meat that just falls off the bone. Also love their crispy cauliflower. Cute back patio for outdoor dining. They serve wine and beer only, I believe.
La Pergoletta is everything you would want a neighborhood restaurant to be and more. It's incredibly welcoming and cozy in there and the food is exceptionally good every time. A perfect atmosphere for an evening out with friends or family. The pastas are made there and the sauces too, so inventive and delicious!
Great mixture of hip and family friendly with dishes that up the ante on asian flavors. A good beer and wine list, too. My favorite menu items were the scallion pancakes, sesame fries and the fried chicken with miso mashed potatoes. My kids loved the anime film projected onto the wall.

I remember Powell's Catering from way back when they were on Verdugo Rd. Robert Powell is an excellent chef and even greater person. His company has served our downtown law firm's luncheon needs for many years now. Prices are very reasonable.
