I recently had a spa day at Krystyna's European Spa. I have to say, it's a great little place on Southfield Road. I'd never noticed the building, but what a pleasant surprise when you walk in. It's like a hidden treasure of peace and relaxation. Love it.
I had a massage, a facial and a mani-pedi. I'm not someone who gets facials regularly, and I have to say, I so enjoyed this one I may have to make it a regular habit. My skin is so soft and smooth. It looks amazing.
I had a great time relaxing and getting pampered for an afternoon. It's not something I normally have time for and I really appreciated the attention from the staff and the kindness they showed me. They obviously care about their clients and spend a lot of time on them. They pay attention to detail and do a great job. Everyone was professional and warm.
Though it was only my first experience at Krystyna's, it will definitely not be my last. Great service, beautiful facility, wonderful staff. Thanks for a lovely day!

I have been to Krystyna's spa many times for facials, massages, and manicures and pedicures. I was referred to them by a friend. I have found them to be extremely professional and well-trained. I saw some of the negative remarks and that compelled me to write. I don't go often because I am on a budget, but I'd rather have fewer treatments of higher quality, and I believe that is what I get here. The place is lovely and relaxing. There is one spa I've been to that is better - The Ritz-Carlton spa in Orlando. But I don't live in Orlando. I live here. I recently visited Washington DC and decided to go to a Spa. It was very nice, but not better than Krystynas. Try it and judge for yourself.

Every business loves the positive ones, however from my view the critical are the one which help us improve our services. Comment made by Diana simply are not truth and hurting our crew.
Krystyna's European Spa has been on the market for over 10 years and has in its books few thousands very happy clients.
As in any business it happens that we have client that is not happy, for any reason. In every case we are trying to solve the problem to client satisfaction, either by discounting service, or offering it free of charge.
That happened in your case, Diana.
Lets take look at the facts:
On August 31st you've had European Facial (1.5 hr.) for $95.00 at our spa.
Few days later you called the spa, claiming that you are unhappy with your last service.
Receptionist refereed this call to Krystyna and me.
I did authorized 15% discount on your next service, based on the fact that all of our technicians are very talented, and she spent with you 1.5 hr, using all product prescribed for European Facial.
Krystyna tried numerous times to contact you via phone, but your voice mail box was full and didn’t accept any messages.
You've had scheduled European Facial on October 20th at 9:30 AM, which was confirmed by receptionist on October 19th at 1:45 PM.
You didn't show up, neither canceled your appointment (you should pay full price for that).
You came in for the next appointment on October 27th .
After that appointment you told the Receptionist that you refuse to pay.
Receptionist called Krystyna, which tried remedy the situation by offering 15% and later 20% discount.
You didn't accept discount and at that time Krystyna told you that you do not have to pay.
You accepted that gesture, yet are still smearing our business and honest businesswoman.
The only person who raised voice, was you.
Please visit us and be the judge.

Never in my entire life have I been treated as rudely and disrespectfully as I did at Krystyna's Spa. You would think a high end place like this would know how to treat their customers, but their customer service is HORRIBLE. Both the receptionist and the owner Krystyna are unbelievably, ridiculously rude. I was unhappy with my facial I received last time I was here, the esthetician did nothing for me and it was a total waste of $95. Krystyna agreed to give me 20% off for my next facial to compensate for the bad service. When I got there today she said, she ""changed her mind"" (who says that???) and was not going to give me a discount anymore. She proceeded to YELL at me and talked down to me like I was a nobody. I CANNOT believe how unprofessional and degrading she was, you'd think a manager/owner would be able to handle a situation better than that. She then proceeded to call me a LIAR, yes she accused me of lying. I WAS SHOCKED. She then stormed off without even giving me a chance to respond. And all the while the receptionist stood in the corner laughing, mocking me and the situation.
If you wanna receive questionable treatments in a money hungry, presumptuous environment, then by all means come here. If you wanna get your money's worth and be treated in a professional polite manner by a spa that actually appreciates your business, THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
