This company is so great in customer care service that it probably never has dissatisfied tenants. 4 stars and let’s keep it up!!
The building manager has shown a remarkable concern for her tenants at S. Cochran Ave. Gently organizing get-togethers, and congratulations on milestones, without intruding on privacy, she has been a wonderful building manager.I resided in this building for thirteen months and felt very welcomed. (I left because of move overseas). Challenges were swiftly dealt with, and notice given as soon as possible for any repairs or entry to apartments. Her friendly manner was disarming and non-intrusive.My deposit (minus some cleaning and minor painting) was returned well within the 21 days and was quite correct.
I have lived here for 4 years now and totally enjoy this building. IT has a very well maintained solar heated swimming pool. The only one the block. The maintenance and management are fantastic. If I ever move I will go on Eberly Company web page and find my next apartment there.
We had been having issues with our oven periodically over the past few months and recently had put in another request to have the knob fixed. A few days later we came home to a brand new oven, it was a wonderful surprise and great to know that the Eberly Company is truly looking out for the safety and satisfaction of their tenants.Thank you so much!
I had a massive flood from a broken pipe-dirty water was pouring in my closet. Everything got soaked. Eberly responded immediately!! They went above and beyond!! They are amazing landlords and I thank them for all they did.

We are sad about moving out of our current apartment in West Hollywood. I'm especially picky of floor plans and living spaces but I can tell you that this one's got great flow :) Our time here has been extremely pleasant as it is a quiet but friendly building with awesome amenities and an even more wonderful staff. There is an on-site manager who is really helpful and friendly, and any maintenance issues have been done almost immediately by their trusted maintenance staff that has worked with them forever. Kevin is very friendly and accessible as well, home is the number one thing we will miss about Los Angeles. Thank you Eberly Company for helping us make this transition as smooth as it could possibly go!
I have found when I have talked to the employees at The Eberly Company, I normally get good, compassionate feedback. We all know the economy was tough and difficult decisions had to be made, and when I was going through those difficult times I found they understood.
I had a flood in my kitchen last night at 11 pm. I heard the sink making a noise and when I went to see what it was, there was backed up dirty water all over my kitchen floor. I called The Eberly Company's emergency line and Deena called me back 5 minutes later. She called me out a plumber at 11 o clock at night on a Friday. The plumber took an hour or so to get there and fix the problem but Deena called me back a few times to make sure everything went smoothly and got done. She was great and made it so that my apartment was back to normal by the next morning.
The Eberly Company just took over my apartment building and I have to say I'm very impressed!! I moved in about a year ago, and the management had not even finished the repairs from before I moved in. They never returned calls and never fixed anything. But, Eberly took over about two months ago, and things have never been better! They took care of all of the leftover maintenance in my apartment, as well as making repairs to the building itself such as cleaning the hallway carpets and getting a new gardener. I use their online system to request maintenance which is really easy, and someone is always there the next day. I would recommend Eberly to anyone looking for an apartment.
