They did a steam cleaning process which in turn eliminated each and every stain off my carpets. truly a big fan!!!! the only reason I didn't give them all the stars is because the tech is a little hard to understand and at first we had a little miscommunication. but other than that. the work they customer service. they have it all from professional, experienced techs.. to knowledgeable, well spoken dispatchers. and I can't forget to mention how clean my carpet looks now. it looks flawless. I'm very happy with the work this company did... not only are all the stains out. but somehow they made my carpet look brand new. thanks a lot.

I got my sofa cleaned by Emergency Steam Carpet Cleaning and they did a great job. They cleaned out a few stains that were there for years and I thought they would never be able to be removed. The best part I would have to say is the price because no other company has gone that low for me before. I highly recommend them!

I really enjoyed working with them! My mattress was about 8 years old and it was really dirty. I was thinking about getting a new one but could not afford it and anyways the mattress was still in really good condition. I called Emergency Steam Carpet Cleaning and they had a deal for me. I got my sofa cleaned too with that deal. They did an excellent job and both the mattress and the sofa look brand new.
