I was searching around trying to find a vehicle in the price range of $3,000-4,000 and wasn't having much luck because most dealers only had higher priced vehicles. Then I remembered my friend had mentioned Bethlehem Auto Sales and was saying that they had lower & higher priced cars. So, off I went. I was greeted by Jack, he was the owner & he was very nice. He told me Tony would be back in 10 minutes, I guess he was out for lunch. Oh, while I was waiting Jack gave my kids lollipops, the kids loved that!! So, here comes Tony and again he was one of the nicest men I have ever met. He didn't try to talk me into a car and matter of fact he was just the opposite he said "look around and if you don't find something somewhere else, come back"...wow, I was shocked. I have to say looking for a car is one thing but I hate the pushy salesmen at most dealers. It wasn't like this at all at Bethlehem Auto Sales. By the time we left there the kids were saying "Bye Tony & Jack"..............kids know!!! Yes, I did look around and after going to two other dealers I went back and bought my ford focus. I will never go to another place, not after the honesty and especially be nice with my kids. This place is A++++++
Walked onto the lot after seeing a car online. Was immediately introduced to Emmet the Sales Mgr. & the search began. I explained the "type" of vehicle we were looking for with pretty descript parameters. Before I knew it we had a list of vehicles to choose from. Multiple makes, years, & styles. As I looked over the current option, my wife walked the lot. On two occasions she pointed out a car & Emmet immediately said "I won't sell you that car", then explained why it wouldn't fit our criteria. I was impressed. Long story short. After many cars & many test drives I decided on an '08 Jeep Liberty. During the test drive I noticed a strange sound from the front end. Emmit explained that the car was just inspected & as far as he knew, mechanically sound. We finished the paperwork (with another great guy Ron) & left with it shortly thereafter. I brought the car to my mechanic to be looked over a few days later.
I was looking for a car and had no idea where to start, so i had asked around and on MORE then three occasions form three completely different people had referred me to Singh auto word. i stopped by after looking at there website and was interested in a certain car. when looking at the car i did notice a better model so Al said why don't i take a look at it as well which i had no problem doing. since it was in a different price range that i was looking to spend he helped me out by decreased the price dramatically. unfortunately i wasn't approved at that time but Amit didn't stop till he could get me that car. Amit called me so excited and said its all yours so i rushed down there and it was an quick and very easy process. very friendly and kind guys Amit and Al were very hospitable as well offering drinks and food while i waited.
I don't usually give a 5 stars rating. However, I was very pleased with my experience at Bethlehem Auto Sales - including shopping, purchase, and their service.After researching cars, I identified a 2010 Subaru Legacy as a good candidate for my 140 miles of daily commuting. Great reception. Sales guy - Tony - was easy going and patient. Jack, the owner was also very helpful. Price negotiation went fine. That's never the fun part. Bethlehem Auto ended up having a vehicle that fit my fairly particular requirements, and - after conversation with the sales guy and owner - was priced at a reasonable range.I get the vibe that Bethlehem Auto Sales is looking to build long-term customer relationships. So far, we're off to a great start. Plus, it doesn't hurt that the car I purchased is working out well.I highly recommend this dealership!
Heres the deal, this is a used car dealership. The cars I saw were completely clean inside and out. This is a good thing, I saw they had an onsite detailer who took care of the cars. Very profession crew, I believe they're from India. Courteous and a large selection of cars.I ended up getting a 2006 Honda Accord Grey. It was perfect because I have two kids, so car seat friendly, radio controls on the steering wheel (a must) it wasn't the V6 but the 4 cylinder, so its great on gas. There is enough trunk space for groceries. I also test drove a Nissan Maxima (out of my price range) and a BMW 3series (out of my price range as well, but fun to drive) I enjoyed the service, and they were completely negotiable with the price. I intend to come back here for my neice who has been looking for a car since she just got her permit.
It doesn't matter if you are buying a $2,000 dollar car or a $30,000 dollar car, they are A family run business- I've always bought from one of the owners sons. They are straight with you about cars, friendly, and trusting. They put a new standard on dealerships- they don't wheel and deal to screw you over or hide anything wrong with a vehicle. I was looking at a car and the son says "you know what, I'm going to include two new tires on the price it looks like it could use them". It doesn't get much better then the honesty they openly show you. The genuine good faith that runs this company shows. I will continue to use them through the future!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!
GREAT SERVICE, GREAT STAFF!!! Bought my 3rd car (2010 Mazda 3) for Singh's last week and was very pleased with everything as usual. I got a great price that no other dealer could beat as well as a low interest rate (2.99%). I dealt with Larry who also helped with the purchases of my other vehicles as well. I definitely recommend the dealership and will definitely purchase from here again. Also, for the people expecting perfect mint condition vehicles...YOU ARE BUYING A USED VEHICLE!!! If you want a brand new vehicle, go to a franchise dealer and spend 10 grand more than what you really should be paying...
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer, my experience was excellent, they took good care of me. One week after the purchase I noticed there was an oil leak, when I called I was told to bring the car right in and they would take care of it. They immediately fixed the problem and gave me a free oil change for my inconvenience, what can I say, they stood by there vehicle and took care of the problem. This is the second car I bought from them and would not hesitate to buy a third or recommend them to anyone else. The manager Eddie, the sales man Russ where excellent and very friendly.
Great place to buy a used vehicle. I was not looking forward to car shopping and I have to say Bethlehem Auto Sales was total opposite from what I was use to. Tony and Jack were very nice and not pushy at all. They were very helpful and helping me find a reliable vehicle for the money I had to spend, which wasn't a whole lot. They both suggested the ford focus and after I drove the car, I was in love with it!! They worked with me on the price and I drove my focus home and it has been very reliable and great on gas. Thanks Tony and Jack you made my used car shopping a great experience!!
After shopping around for a 2003 Nissan Maxima, I realized that dealing with people on craigslist was not the route to take. Please beware of private parties listing ads on craigslist, I came across every scam in the book. I decided to go to a used car dealer and am glad I ended up at Bethlehem Auto Sales. The Nissan was exactly as described and ran great. Tony was very honest about the repairs and even had the paperwork to show what was done. Everyone at Bethlehem Auto was very pleasant.
