Overall

This service sucks! The marriage between UPS and USPS needs a DIVORCE. I ordered an item from Barnes&Noble 10/23/16 with an expected delivery date of 10/26/16; it's 10/29/16 and no package. I could drive to NJ, where delivery was initiated, from my home in Lehigh Valley, PA, and picked the item up in the same day. Nobody at UPS, USPS, or Barnes&Noble seems to have a clue or care where this package is. I've worked in retail, banking, and medicine for over 30 years and never seen such incompetence. SUCKS!

Overall
Package missing & "nothing they can do"

I placed an order from Barnes and Noble, to be delivered by UPS, received my tracking number, & proceeded to track my package. Imagine my surprise when I saw that my package had been "delivered" and the driver had NOT been to the house! I called the "customer service" number, & was basically told that the driver HAD delivered the package because their info said so, & that there was nothing they would do about it. I'm still waiting for a replacement order from Barnes and Noble, because apparently there isn't anything they can do about it, either.
