From Hair to Eternity

Valerie is an artist with a heart of gold. She did an amazing job with my hair and make up for my daughter’s wedding. She took her time at the beginning of my appointment to understand the look that I wanted for the big day. She then offered suggestions and made updates based on my desires. She managed to get done within my requested timeline so that I could meet the time constraints of a very busy day. Most importantly, through our conversation, she kept me focused on the importance of this day for my daughter. I left her shop feeling wonderful and ready for the day. I highly recommend Valerie and her work!

My hair is fine and quite thin. I was looking for a hair style that would make my hair look thicker. Valerie suggested a hair cut and perm. The results are outstanding. Her hair products are reasonably priced and work very well. I am extremely pleased with the service from Valerie at this salon.

I should start by saying I have always had a problem finding a hairdresser who could cut my hair as it is curly and frizzy. I searched online and read reviews and that is how I came upon the best haircut I have ever had in my life and I am 58 years old. I have never looked this good Valerie is not your typical stylist, she is an artist love love my new hair thank you so much!

Where to even begin... a 10 year old daughter with beautiful curly hair that she and everyone loves but she cries more so than smiles about brushing and caring for it because it physically hurts her. Then I found from hair to eternity that is curly hair certified and did not have 1 negative review. That truely says something. You have no idea.. Valerie is my daughters fairy god mother! She is our queen of curl. She met with my daughter on her level and started her on a regimen and product line that has turned her curls around... they are bouncy, healthy and beautiful. My daughter loves her curls and smiles about them. And she asks when we can see Valerie again! She is amazing!

I had been looking for a salon that had a stylist with experience cutting short hair for quite some time. Each previous experience left me feeling rushed through with a mediocre haircut. I discovered From Hair to Eternity by going online. After reading several reviews I thought I would give it a try. I was not disappointed. For my first visit Valerie told me to come in with shampooed hair and no product so that she could assess the texture and condition of my hair. We discussed what I was looking for in a haircut then she took into consideration the shape of my face, texture of my hair, and my hairline. I have been going to From Hair to Eternity ever since, which is going on three years. Valerie takes her time and I never feel rushed. Because I am so confident in her expertise as a stylist, I have been getting my hair cut progressively shorter each time. Valerie is knowledgeable about current trends in hair styles and offers sound advice as to which style is best suited to my face, but also adjusts my haircut according to my requests. Her prices vary according to services rendered and tend to be a little higher than the average stylist. In my opinion, I am willing to pay a little more for a cut if I am satisfied with the end result. I never leave this salon disappointed. I would highly recommend From Hair to Eternity to anyone.

Valerie is the best hair stylist I have ever known! She always gives honest feedback regarding what kind of cut/color I would like to try. I trust her and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is professional and caring and highly skilled. I would recommend her to everyone!

My first appointment with Valerie was amazing! I walked in with thin, damaged, box colored hair and little hope since I had been to several salons and I left feeling disappointed and still had very low self esteem. After Valerie performed her magic on my hair and educated me about how to care for my hair I left From Hair to Eternity with a euphoric feeling about my hair I never experienced before. I had actually loved the way my hair looked for the first time in my life! Amazing experience. Val is very compassionate, attentive stylist. As a first time client, with a schedule interview, Val was more than willing to come in on her day off, Easter weekend, and took the time to perfect the right hair style for me. Very understanding and took her time, I didn't feel rushed, she made me feel welcome. I would highly recommend this salon. ☺

I was looking for a new hair style and I just couldn't trust anyone anymore with my hair, due to some bad experiences in the past. I was not sure where to go, so I started looking through google and see each salon's reviews, and I ended up here, I noticed the good reviews that Valerie has, but because I was skeptical, I decided to drive 30 minutes and meet Valerie. I honestly, couldn't believe how true all the reviews were until I met her, she took a look at my hair, and thanked me for taking my time to stop by and arranged an appointment for me. I left her salon with a really good energy and I already felt that I was finally with the right hair styler.

Valerie took all her time with me, my hair was very long, she did her best to explain my options and she layered it and put some nice highlights which came up really beautiful.

I am extremely happy with my new look, and more happy to meet a wonderful person who is willing to give you all her time and all she can to make you feel good.

I have been going here for four years and I can honestly say that this is the best salon in the Lehigh Valley. Val is kind, warm, talented, and wonderful to talk to. She always greets me with a big hug when I see her. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed here several times and with each visit I am more satisfied with the results. I only trust Val to do my eyebrows. She does them perfectly every single time because she knows how to shape them in a way that makes your entire face look beautiful; her skill with it is amazing. Prices are reasonable for such a great service. If you are looking for a place to get your eyebrows waxed, promise you that your expectations will be surpassed when Val does them. Go to her; you will be so happy you did!

I have always had a hard time deciding what to do with my hair and was really nervous when i booked my first appointment with Valerie, when i walked in she treated me like we had known each other for years! She helped me with choosing a style for my hair to knowing how to style it on my own at the house. So when it came to my wedding, i couldn't think of anywhere else to go!! in all we had 8 girls and we all looked amazing!

when we showed up in the morning Valerie had a wonderful breakfast spread put out for us with hot coffee. We all felt like we were in our own house getting ready! We had such a fantastic time! I would highly recommend coming here for your wedding day! Valerie always makes me feel like family when i am there!

I first visited Valerie at From Here to Eternity in 2012 after coming across her website online. I was ready for a total makeover – and, boy, did I get it! From hair style (cut and color) to make-up and mani/pedi, it was spectacular! I left looking like a younger version of myself and since that date, I have a seen Valerie every six weeks and never looked back.



You can expect Valerie to be down-to-earth and honest. Because she really listens, she eases anxiety and helps everyone feel comfortable. She speaks from the heart, really cares, but will tell it like it is regarding hair style and color based on your skin tone and face shape. I found Valerie/From Hair to Eternity via reviews online and decided to give her a call. I am so glad I did! I am writing this review so others will do the same. I had long hair, and had always gone to hair salons as a clean slate and asking stylists for suggestions on what would work best. There was always hesitance and conservative suggestions where I thought I would be met with creativity and enthusiasm. I ABSOLUTELY received creativity and enthusiasm from Valerie! She transformed my hair in her vision, and it was perfect... what I always knew I wanted but did not know how to express. She even recommended highlites and when I eagerly said, "Yes!" she went straight to work... quickly, energetically... she has such a passion for what she does and does not disappoint. I am looking forward to many more haircuts at From Hair to Eternity! This is the place to go... I just hope she can keep up and get me in if the rest of the Lehigh Valley discovers how great she is!! PS: I decided to call her on a day of a special event for a hairstyling...she came in on her planned day off because she knew how important it was to me. She goes above and beyond!

I had all but given up on finding a awesome hairstylist in the Lehigh Valley until I happened upon Val from Hair To Eternity. Immediately after stepping foot into the salon, I was greeted warmly and Val came to my rescue. She transformed my mangy dull brown hair into a short, blond cut that I absolutely adored. I felt so sexy and confident. My husband absolutely loved it and I received many o' compliments on it. Thank you Val for rescuing me!

I started going to Valerie about a year ago. My hair was in very poor condition - shoulder length, frizzy, fried, poorly self-colored. I knew I needed a change so I searched for Best Color in the Lehigh Valley. I liked what I read so I gave her a try, even though her prices were beyond anything I had ever spent on my hair before (hello? self-colored?). After listening to what I was looking for, and giving some of her thoughts, Val transformed my hair! I don't say that lightly. I went from shoulder length, dyed black, frizzy hair to a short, platinum pixie-type cut. It is a rare day that I don't receive compliments on my hair. I always feel that I look great when I leave. I am 47 years old and I finally found a stylist that knew how to cut my hair. I finally felt like a had a hairstyle after so many years of searching and hoping someone could help me. I can't say enough about Valerie, she is a very talented stylist. I told her she was an artist. I have thin, dry, curly hair and every other stylist cut layers into my hair which made it look even thinner and above all, very dated. Valerie had the vision. i always wore my hair shoulder length and was so afraid to cut it short because I didn't know how my hair would behave. Valerie made me feel so comfortable, even though I was reluctant...but she told me to trust her and I did. I was thrilled with the results.



I found Valerie by reading her reviews. So I called to see if I could schedule a consult (before my appt with my regular stylist that night) and she told me to come in, even though she closed in a half hour. After she heard my story she offered to cut my hair that night and called her son to tell him she would be a little late. I feel very lucky I found her and my fiance wants to meet her and thank her for making me feel so much better...he sees how happy I am.

We went to Valerie because we were frustrated with our frizzy, fine hair. We liked one of the pictures on her Facebook page and it matched other pictures of what we wanted our hair to look like. A lot of the reviews said she was good with working with long, fine hair - so we decided to give From Hair to Eternity a try. We are very happy we did! We wanted to keep our hair long but did not really know how to get and keep it to looking like how we really wanted. Valerie took time to educated us on how best to style our hair to avoid frizz which was really helpful. She's an expert at cutting hair. We went in thinking we would not look good with our hair cut in layers but came out loving that she cut our hair in layers. We later went back to have Valerie color our brown hair blonde. She took extra time with us to get our color looking great. Our hair was very plain before we visited Valerie and now it's pretty.

In town for a wedding needed my hair done. Valerie came in on her time off and turned my 80's do into someone I used to love! Don't hesitate, she ROCKS and you will not regret it! Thanks for being the angel who saved my entire trip!

val is so great!! she takes the time to listen to what u want. my hair has never looked more healthy and i finally got the red color i was looking for. she dont treat you like a customer she treats you like family. she made ne feel beautiful and i left the salon with a new confidence! i LOVE my hair. she truly has a passion for what she does

I would like to write a review on here because it was reading other customer reviews that led me to Valerie, and I hope that by my writing about my experience today she will be able to help someone else the way she has helped me!!

I am getting married in 5 days. My fiance mentioned that he likes my hair better with hightlights than the brown color is was currently. So last week i decided to get some highlights put back in, as I had many times before. Well it did not come out as i had expected and I hated the color that the blonde came up. Yesterday we tried to fix it by re-doing the top to pull up more blonde and the result was disasterous. Not only was it MULTIPLE awful colors of yellowy gold and brassy orangey colors, but my hair was literally BREAKING OFF IN MY HANDS. I could hardly get a comb through it...it was frizzy and fried and just an absolute mess. I spent the whole morning crying because remember my wedding day is 5 days away, and all I could think was I am going to be bald, there is no way to fix this. So i jumped online and searched color correction...after reading several excellent reviews I decided to see if From Hair to Eternity would be open tomorrow (today is LABOR DAY BY THE WAY), so I could get in and at least see if she would have any suggestions for me. Of course the salon was closed today, but Valerie saw that I had called and called me right back. I have never been to see her before, and she had no idea who I was, but hearing the desperation in my voice she offered to come in on her day off ON A HOLIDAY and try to help me. Well let me just tell you that I was there for 3 hours, and when I left I cried when I got in my car. I know that this sounds corny but she SAVED MY WEDDING DAY!!!! She took my hair back to a warm brown color...somehow covered up all the awful bleached colors...she cut off the damaged hair and left me with an AMAZING haircut...she gave me treatments and products and education and I cannot put in to words the depth of gratitude I have for her for what she has done for me. My hair is shiny and soft again and the color is gorgeous. I never thought this was even possible with how damaged my hair was when I walked through her door. Val is truly an artist, and exceptional at her craft. I feel beautiful again...and i can't wait to show off my hair to all my wedding guests!! Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart thank you!!!
