No stars. I'm hoping owner steps up to the plate and refunds my money. I purchased a groupon over two months ago. I immediately got an appointment, but for a month out. When the time finally came, I got a text cancelling. When I got no response for a reschedule, I complained to groupon. I was finally contacted and my appointment was scheduled again - for a month out. Today. at 1:30pm. Received a text at 11:30am cancelling again. I'm done. I want my $47.00 back.
Got a groupon. Waited over a month for an appointment. Got there. Door was locked. Called. Did not return call. Emailed. Did not answer. Many similar complaints on Groupon's website.
I went in three times. First time, good job on manicure.Second time, the young girl did not allow drying time. I asked her three times if they were dry---she kept saying yes. By the time I got home two nails were smudged. I went back in to show the manager---a guy who runs around the place. He said---We never ever had one complaint. I said-Please, just fix my nails.He said yes---and gave me the regular price!There are a couple of women there who are quite good, but do not trust this place or the manager.
This was supposed to be relaxing and it was a stressful and uncomfortable event. The massage therapist ws aggressive and even though I asked for lighter pressure to be used, they continued with hard pressure. It was painful. They used the oil that possibly contained coconut (they said they were not sure if it did. How can a professional not know what is in their products!) When I told them I was allergic to coconut. They did not have a pleasant personality either. The music in the room was not relaxing. I took my sister here for her birthday and now I'm worried what her experience will be like.
Good job! Your $25 promotion to drum up business backfired because of your dishonesty and sneaky ways. I will also be telling other people not to patronize your business because your salon is willing to let unfinished work walk out the door or be charged without your knowledge for the “wash” and blow out and your hair wasn’t washed for $65! TOTAL RIP OFF DON'T GO HERE!

I haven't been back lately just due to lack of time, but this place is amazing! I have Melissa do my hair, but I'm open to anyone there as well. Melissa did my hair for prom 2013, and helped get rid of red hair that would just not go away... She was the only one that did it!
I had a neuromuscular massage from Ryan! First massage ever so I don't have much to compare it to, but i feel like a million bucks! The atmosphere of this place gets 5 stars alone, but I will definitely be back for another 1hr session with him!
Love Love Love this salon! The woman who owns it, her name is Melissa. She does an awesome job, I always request her. The staff is so nice, the salon is beautiful. Will never go to another salon again, I trust her with my hair. Only hair dresser that took off an inch (And not 3 ft) when i only asked for an inch
I highly recommend this salon to all of my friends. I was one of Susie's first clients when she came to the area, and she's been my stylist almost exclusively for ten years. She was the first stylist I ever met that really understood what I wanted *and* what would look best on me. Her skills in cutting and coloring have no equal in this area, in my eyes. The salon is warm and inviting, and the entire staff is kind and professional. Sarah, her aesthetician, is wonderful, and really knows how to pamper. An hour in the facial room and you'll be a new person! Susie and her staff work diligently to provide all of their clients with an experience uniquely tailored to their needs to make them feel as beautiful inside as they look on the outside. Her work for local brides is second to none.
