Panchos Mexican Grill

Steak Quesadilla is our favorite! We have been here 4 times so far. Look forward to going back. The food is really good and the staff is nice.

Beef burrito not nit cooked well. Bloody. Service sucks

When we first walked in I immediately turned to my boyfriend and said "what is that smell?"

No one was at the "host stand" but a girl came running from the mouth visibly chewing food the entire time. Get real.

Our server was super great. He was nice, helpful and did his job. He was also handsome and spoke English.

The bathrooms are clean and kept up.

My boyfriend thinks he got the wrong food, but he doesn't know. What he got was delicious.

My food was hot, fresh and delicious.

It annoyed me that even though I arrived about thirty minutes after opening, they were still setting the restaurant up. A girl came up and asked me if I had a sugar caddy. Then handed me one to put at the end of the table. Get real. They were sweeping, filling salt and pepper and doing opening side work the entire time.

The food runner was especially nice and had good table side manners.

The staff seems to be happy and was singing along with the radio and dancing. I like the atmosphere here.



The manager came over to my table and asked how my food was. Offered me a coke Togo. Yay, treat!



I'll definitely be back.



Good experience for Saturday lunch!

WORST management ever! Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was thin, overcooked and could barely even cut it with a knife. The manager actually said to me, "too bad, we can't do anything". This was my first visit and he said that I had been there and complained before. REALLY???? Didn't offer to cook anything else, just said, "too bad". NEVER AGAIN! This restaurant won't last.

Horrible food..even more horrible employees. Management is the worst I have ever seen in my life. Food is disgusting and ALWAYS wrong. When you try and tell them they refuse to fix the problem and accuse you of being someone to goes out and complains to get a free meal. This is the 2nd time we have tried this place. The first time was bad..but the 2nd time was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere dining. The manager basically is just insulting and literally says "TOO BAD". Exact words. This place should be shut down. Maybe some of the other locations are okay..but this once definitely needs new management and employees.

We have ate here twice. The first time they kept trying to charge someone else's card for our order. The second time they kept getting our orders wrong, charged over $50.00 and we ended up paying the amount because we got tired of arguing about the correct amount. We will never go here again, the food isn't even worth the hassle!!! If you do go, BEWARE!!!
