        I would highly recommend PG Builders. Mike and his crew were extremely professional and courteous. The work was performed in a timely manner and for the price quoted. I will definitely be using PG Builders again.

        Company representative arrived...

        Company representative arrived promptly for assessment and to provide a written estimate for repair work. Wrote an email to company after three weeks and not receiving the written estimate. Still no written estimate received for insurance. Then spoke by phone with company President. He promised I would receive the estimate within a few days. It has been two months since first contact. WHY WOULD ANYONE SELECT A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT FULFILL ASSURANCES? I do not recommend this company based upon my experience.

        Our company provides free estimates. Mr. Gooden wanted an estimate that would cut corners and maximize his insurance money. Our company is not interesting in doing sub-par work. I spent over an hour with Mr. Gooden on the initial visit. Based upon the work that needed to be done, I should have been there no more than 30 minutes. This customer has no right to expect an estimate from us and he never reached out to me, the estimator to resolve the issue. I would have told him that we are not interested in giving him an estimate based upon his desire to cut corners and other unrealistic expectations. This review is slanderous.
