I used the bring my car in every 3 thousand miles for oil change and would bring it in for tire rotations as well. I did this for years, and purchased a few cars from Chevy Chase Chevy. When I needed to get my car serviced a broken tail light and a faulty indicator light, I was treated so rudely. It was as if I was an inconvience to them. I remember when there was a line in the morning full of people dropping off their cars. No more lines at CHevy Chase Chevy service. When I called to find out when my car would be ready ( no one called me and it was 4:30pm) I was placed on hold, hung up on and transferred to a voice mail. I attempted to speak with the manager but he was unwilling to speak with me.



Last Tuesdsay I needed service and went to a different dealership as I am covered. They thanked me for my business and there were "no computer problems" or other silly excuses. The economy is tight and money is important in these days, go where you are treated well. The one thing that surprised me the most was the fact that I did not have to bring my car back the next day for the same problem.



In the end, very poor service. Also waiting for "paper work" is not a pleasant experience as the place is not clean. Do not sit down on any of the seats and keeps your kids close.

I got my car serviced there and they were so great! They took my car and they fix it. I was extremely impressed with the price. I'm always scared to go to dealers because I thought they would rip me off far as charging outrages prices. No they didn't. They have great customer service. It is no long waits. They have my business.
