        Very Responsive, Excellent Customer Service

        I was so impressed with everyone at Metro Services when my air conditioner went out. Of course the temperature that week was in the 100s and I was panicked! I called Metro and spoke with Jim the owner directly. He sent a technician to my home right away and we had everything taken care of in less than 2 days. I felt that Jim really was concerned with MY best interests and offerd me numerous options for repairs and replacements at different price points. I must have called him 7 times but he was always willing to explain the benefits and downsides to every option. Metro has amazing customer service and I highly recommend them!
