Salsa was anything but spectacular , tasted like pace or store bought. My fajitas were heavily under seasoned. Basiclly just chicken and onions. All of the good reviews must be staff or owner oriented. Won't be back .

From Business: Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious …
Food Poisioning is horrible and they serve it here. My family will never go back to this place after the manager said "This is the first time you have told me you have gotten sick here." It was our fourth and last visit to the place and we don't know how many times we need to get sick for it to matter to them. Play russian roulette with your health if you want to but we won't.
The appetizer was lime shrimp and wonderful. Our entree was perfect and I have never had rice that good in a Mexican restaurant. All freshly remodeled inside and perfectly clean.
The environment seemed clean from what I could see. The cheese dip was AMAZING! I was pretty bummed that we had to purchase it separately but it was still delicious. The service was ok... In the beginning I felt like the waitress was somewhat negligent. Our chips and my husband's drink ran completely out, we had to ask for refills. It took us a good 30 minutes or more to figure out who was the manager due to the lack of uniforms, I think we finally figured it out. After we flagged down a few other staff members, our waitress seemed more pleasant and attentive. My husband and children loved their meals. My fajitas were somewhat dry and I ran out of cheese and totillias before I was able to finish my food. After our meal a nice gentleman (I think may have been the manager) brought out a delicious fried ice cream.
Friday my daughter and I ordered food to be picked up, we live only 1.1 miles from this Bethany location. We were quoted $25.50 over the phone, for 2 meals and 2 iced teas, during the lunch time hours. When she picked up the food, the price had changed to $35.15. She asked him about the price difference and he just shrugged and said that is what it was. Takes about 3 minutes to drive 1 mile to her house. The food was cold. The tomatoes on the food tasted rancid, and the salsa had white foamy stuff on it like it was going bad. We ordered 2 Tostadas and I kid you not, they were so soggy you could roll them up. (Will attach pictures) A tostada is suppose to be flat and crispy. We also asked for no mean, just beans on the tostada and burritos, As you can see from the photos, hardly any beans were on it, just lettuce and tomatoes. They also gave us a cup of cheese sauce that was so cold it jellied up and was gloppy. I called the restaurant, and I even told them, I did not want my money back, but just wanted to alert them that there was something wrong with this food, and that they should check it out before serving it to anyone else, and the guy got huffy with me and defensive about it. So, I ended up emailing Chelino's Corporate Offices, and I have not received one phone call or one email back. No one seems to care about the quality of food or service that comes from this restaurant. The bean and cheese burrito was jsut as bad, the cheese on top was like glue paste, and flour tortilla was not soft it was hard like it had been left out. The one pic of the burrito was of our meals all in the trash, uneaten. We just threw away $35.15.In fairness, I do have to say, not all Chelino's are like this. I have eaten at the one near NW 16th and Meridian, in OKC for YEARS, and their food is always amazing, their service and wait staff are just the best. I am saddened, that no one from corporate cared enough to call us, to hear our concerns.
Great street tacos & tamales
