My neighbor recommended this shop for my 98 corvette that would get stuck in park. I took the car to Madison Motors and asked them to also replace the tire pressure sensor in the right front wheel. Tire pressure replacement at Chevy dealer cost me $300 several years go. I thought I would be lucky to get the corvette fixed for $500. Much to my surprise, the total repair bill was $186. The vet has not been stuck in park since! Nice guys and they know their stuff. I would highly recommend them, especially for corvette repairs.
Good ownership! Easy going guys! Max is always there
This makes me very sad .... My Son returned to Norm Smith as we know them very well ! Unfortunately this didn't protect him from being sold a complete lemon of a truck ! It broke down right off the lot .... Which should have been the moment it's keys were thrown back on the dealer s desk .... But my Son trusted Mitch again and let him "fix" the truck ! On return of the truck he was told anything else goes wrong let us know we will take care of it .... Yeah right !!!! It broke down again and he couldn't give a toss !!! My Son paid out of pocket to get that problem fixed only for it to break down again !!! It's now sitting in his drive where it has been for a few months cause it's too costly to fix !!! And with his car payment still having to be paid !!!! Thanks Norm Smith Auto Sales !!!! Your customer service is the worst .. You should be ashamed of yourselves !!! Taking advantage of good hard working people !!!! I put a one star rating only because that was the only way to post this review !!! I had Faith that the Smith Family would do right by my Son but I guess I was wrong .... Always get it in writing never trust a mans word it means nothing anymore ! And they know it !
