The worst repair service of all. Please do not use this company. I have been without a refrigerator for over a month. The repairman been over about 4times. The last time he said the refrigerator was unrepairable and said he will call kitchenaid to let them know. Well today I talk to someone they said he order another part. I will call back Monday to see what is going on. These people lied to us over and over again. The worst people I have delt with. Do not use them. They deserve a zero rating.

Awful, Telling you now, steer way clear of this company, They were vendors sent from another bad company I did business, but no longer, American Home Shield, terrible vendors. They either recommend vendors who do not call you back, or if they do call you back find a reason not to service you or they just do a shotty job. So It is just my hard.earned money up a wild horses patutee. I had two appliances that needed repair, my maytag dishwasher and my frigidaire refrigerator. Maytag had a broken heating element which he replaced, but he did not even check to see if it was heating after installation, I asked him if the element was heating. He just looked at it and closed the door to the dishwasher. So, although, my dishes wash , they do not dry. I have to manually dry them. Pull out the dish cloth and dry each one. My refrigerator has water collecting underneath the veggie bin. I have to place towels underneath the veggie bin to soak up the water. Once the towels get saturated, it leaks onto the floor. So I have to swap towels out and mop up the leakage about every week. The S & S appliance guy comes in replaces the strips on the door, said it was the condensation from the doors not closing properly. That was not the problem. Now with the new strips and door closing tightly there is, still leakage. So this morning and every time I have to clean up leakage and dry my dishes manually. I think of him. Cannot remember his name. Awful , awful, awful. I did not dare call him back for fear that my appliances if he worked on them again, would not work at all. I just left well enough alone. At least my refrigerator is cool, my freezer is freezing and keeping my food from ruining, and my dishwasher washes through the cycles. Will seek a real company who cares abut the work they do and care about customer satisfaction.

Awful!! Do not call this company! They are about making money and have no customer service! Service man was rude. I thought he was going to fix my machine. Instead, he placed a part on it. Then told me, I would have to replace my washing machine. I was never asked if I wanted the part replaced or told it would take more parts to fix it until he told me he was done and wanted to be paid. I have reached out to the company to ask about there polices on giving customers estimates before major work be done that may fix or not fix the problem. I only used this company because the appliance book that came with my whirlpool had there number to call. I'll be getting contact with whirlpool next. Since, I have not heard back from S&S Appliance Parts & Service.

Whirlpool appt.w/S&S, Bessemer re: issues w/4 diff appliance b 4 1 yr warranty. Chris "chk'd" run through digital mode..said nothing wrong. Blew dryer on fridge not close tight w/frost like white gasket..said didn't know what it was, got phone call, said everything ok & left. Next: 1 yr & 1 mo after close, $300 micro quit heating. WP sent S&S "Chris". Said it to be "transformer". With $85 call & part/repair=$301! I called WP; C.S. stated 2 pay S&S S.C., WP extend warranty 6 mos. (Chris) out in vehicle, as I said I'd buy a new one if that was cost. Took phone out 2 him & he talked w/WP person re: ext of war. Hung up, he explained S&S owner/mgr (he called someone) knew part need; would order, maybe cut 3 wk time b 4 back 4 repair. Chris back in 2 get serial #, left saying back 'bout 3 wks 2 replace not working heat part. Now 4 wks. Nothing. Called WP this a.m. C.S. person called S&S..."miscommunication". S&S stated had not ordered part as I was going 4 new micro. Do NOT trust S&S

Tim Smith the tech, for the dryer problem we had, showed up on time and was very professional. He also had the part for the Maytag Dryer fixed it and it didn't take long at all. I would recommend these folks.

Problem with a new Whirlpool refrigerator. Contacted Whirlpool and they sent S and S to replace a part. The tech did not replace the part, did not put the refrigerator back together correctly and left the DEFROST HEATER unplugged. Within two weeks the refrigerator was not cooling and had to call someone else to fix the problems that S and S caused.
