The initial contact was very thorough when we reserved the automobile. However despite having a reservation there was no vehicle available when we arrived for pick up. There was an offer for us to drive to a nearby city for pick up but a vehicle was returned before we could leave and this vehicle was offered to us and we accepted. The vehicle performed well and we had no issues. When we went back to drop off the vehicle to agents tried to charge is more because the vehicle was a grade above the one which we had reserved. We complained and they finally honored our original rental agreement and did not charge is more. We did not have a bad experience but there was obviously room for improvement.
The counter employees are excellent. Positive attitude and very helpful. The branch manager is an absolute liar. Will try to feed you a line of crap and thinks people are so dumb they want figure it out. lied to me and tried to convince me things that happened for several weeks did not happen. I had a rental for several months. I would definately rent from enterprise again but not from the bessemer branch as long as she is still branch manager. Hopefully she will learn that not all people are idiots.
I have been a enterprise plus card holder for a number of years in thebpast years i have ran into bad customer service so i stop i have lately started back new location an then people there are great chris manager an Darrell the assistant manager an others have gone above an beyond my expectations as a rental car customer i must say so heres to me returning to enterprise rent a car where they really do pick u up. With a car an smile.thanks guys oh an ladies. .
For years now Enterprise has really been there for me: They pick me up , they get me on the road , and they bring me home. I love Enterprise.
