Do not like this place. Was treated very rudely at my last visit.

Extremely expensive.

If I can give them no stars I would. Horrible place, they make sure they get there money before even trying to help your animal. My teacup Yorkie suffered a bad injury I drove there so fast they took her and the first thing they did was come into the room with papers on how much things were!!!! Your crying and hurting but they will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING until they swipe your credit card! A terrible horrible place and experience. Please never go there

I have never met a more caring group of people. Our family had to go through a very traumatic experience. All the personnel at VCA Berwyn treated our cat and family with the utmost care and dignity. I love them and will remain a client. I highly recommend them!

This place saved my cat's life. It is the best Animal Hospital I have ever encountered. When the cat was in the hospital they called 3-4 times a day to give us updates and made sure he was comfortable and well treated. After we took him home if we needed anything Dr Zimmerman would return our calls within 20-30 minutes. She is an excellent vet, accommodating, intelligent and compassionate. I can go on and on about her and the care my cat received. I am a MD and have rarely seen such care given to humans.
