        Overall

        The clerk refused to put a new screen protector (I had a 3 pack when I got the phone) on my phone since I didn't originally buy it there. I guess he never thought about the fact that when I am ready to drop $600 on a new phone it won't be in his store or that he wasn't putting a very good foot forward for Verizon customer relations.
