3rd-Rate BANK that Threatened to Call the Police on a Customer - ME -- who Got Upset WHEN THEIR ERROR Locked Me Out of My Account.*** FNBNA's mobile app is quick to lock an account if log-in fails. This bank's online system is backwards from all other banks'. Typically, a user enters their 'username' first. NOT SO with FNBNA that requires the PASSWORD first. If the user enters their 'username' first, the account gets locked. AFTER CIVILLY SPEAKING TO 5 DIFFERENT BANK EMPLOYEES REQUESTING THEM TO UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT, my account remains locked. When I demanded to speak to the bank manager, the bank's phone operator hung up on me. When I went to the bank in person and demanded to speak to the bank manager, they threatened to call the police on me. I left and my account still remains locked.
