I belonged to this gym for a pretty long time, mostly for convenience since it was closest to my house.... I have been trying to cancel my membership for months now....6 months ago I put my membership on hold for medical reasons. They never put my account on hold I was still being charged, over a month ago I stopped in to cancel my membership all together, they never canceled my membership and charged me an extra $29 additional. I have called 3 times in the last 3 days to speak to a manager..... Surprisingly Ashley (manager) is NEVER there..... I was told by Jean she just STOPS BY in the morning and afternoon..... I also was told by Lou she is the one that handles the membership cancellations...to incompetent to handle her job I am assuming!!!! A good manager that does their job correctly would of call me back when she came into work the next morning....

Very deceptive and shady company. They change rules weekly and think that if they post it on a piece of paper on the front desk that its ok. It does not matter what you agree on when you join they will get every last cent out of you they can and be as rude as possible in the process. Avoid this gym and go to a more respectable-professional one.

This place is falling apart and incredibly dirty. Don't sign a contract since it is likely they will be closing soon and you will owe money to a gym You can't use. As a woman I was terrified by two muscle heads screaming and throwing weights. While I was doing squats they hit on me and made comments about my body. They were gross and had terrible acne.

If your looking for a glorified hang out, this is not it!
