Had some bees in my house. Called OTSPC, and they came within 2 days, and took care of my bee problem. Great staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. Have already recommended OTSPC to a co-worker and she loved them too.

Excellent customer service! OTSPC was recommended by our vet after our pets turned up with fleas. NK arrived the day we called, spent at least an hour touring our house and discussing the recommended treatment in detail. I previously had Terminix treat our home under our current contract and they came twice, sprayed a few cans, and left with the problem unsolved. OTSPC's office staff was also very responsive and I made the first available appointment. I had a ton of questions about how to prepare our home for treatment and NK answered every one with speed and courtesy.

Called them because we had some feces around our front porch. They not only found that we had bats, but found bees and ants as well after a visual inspection of the entire house. Gave a very good price and came within a week. Nothing else you can ask for

When I called Chris's office for an estimate, they replied immediately and came out to give the estimate. I have been very satisfied with Chris and his men. Chris has done a good job in getting rid of the squirrels who had invaded our home. He was prompt and was spot on in finding the entry point where the squirrels came from. The problem was resolved in a very timely manner.

I've had "noises" in the attic for years and have had no less than 5 companies out for service over the years. I've been told that I have Bats and squirrels and charged quite a bit to get rid of them...but the noises continue.
