Overall
Think Twice

I have taken 4 dogs and 3 cats to Baley Road Animal Hospital over the years. I do not recommend seeing Dr. Randall. There is another vet at the facility that I have heard good things about but never seen. The facility is small but well kept. They board animals and I have taken advantage of this on several occasions with perfectly fine resuts. Additionally, my animals have always recovered well from the procedures they have received under Dr. Randall's care. Bagley Road Animal Hospital is not competitively priced. They are expensive and I feel that their care is just as good as other vets, not exceptional.

Dr. Randall provides good care for animals but what I disagree with is his attitude. I have felt guilted and demeaned by him on several occasions. If you refuse any of the care he suggests he will not treat you kindly. He is particularly adamant about animal teeth cleanings. I have let him do it on several occasions and paid a very high price but the few times I have refused (like when he insisted my 11 month old chihuahua needed her teeth cleaned because they were "filthy") he has been very snippy and short with me. I was also very upset with treatment I received from him recently and I will never be going back. I have a 12 year old female cat who has been diagnosed with cancer first by Dr. Randall and confirmed by another vet. Her masses are in inoperable places so chemotherapy would be the only possible treatment that could work. Dr. Randall made me feel absolutely horrible when I refused chemotherapy. I was so insulted that I will never go back. I feel that the decision should have been mine as it is my pet and I did not want to subject a sweet elderly girl to multiple vet visits for a treatment that MIGHT be successful. I want to let her live out her life happy and not scared at the vets. Dr. Randall makes you feel like if you refuses even the simplist procedure that you are a bad pet owner and do not deserve to have them. I do not recommend him.
