I would suggest that if you want excellent customer service and not be lied to, DEFINITELY stay away from Sprint (or at least this location, anyway)...I was lied to about their return policy and told to go through their Customer Service (toll-free) number, however, upon calling them, I was told that I needed to go back to where I purchased the service/devices. At this rate, I believe I am going to consider going back to AT&T, even if it means getting a different number through AT&T. My complaint I had with AT&T was that we had our cell phone and DirectTV through them, however, it was costing in the $600.00 range per month, which was crazy, which is what got me to start looking for another cell phone provider and TV. We ended up going with Cox Communications and Sprint...So far, Cox Communications has been great...Jury is still out on Sprint, however.
THEIR mistake costing me nearly $700! I live in KC & pay for my elderly parents (in Bentonville) to have phones. I sent my mom into the store to sign up for the lease iPhone for $1/mo. But they signed her up for $26/mo. When I got this bill I contacted the store & spoke with Kyle. He saw the problem but said that promotion was no longer active so he didn't know how to fix it-- but would, they would make it right! I called again and he and to talk to his manager, another call he said that credit would post to my account by the end of the day. After month I stated after being a loyal Sprint customer 10+ years that I would be leaving, as what other recourse did i have?! Unfortunately I did not realize that when you leave, you still owe the remaining lease agreement-- which is $26 for 21 mos-- THANKS TO THEIR MISTAKE! I called Kyle 5 days ago, and as usual have heard nothing from him. I don't know where to go or what to do so I'm writing this to warn others-- STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.
My husband and I have always been regular customers of Castle Bay car wash in Bentonville. We were just in line at the automatic wash bay when the BMW in front of us apparently changed their mind and put it into reverse and slammed into us. Oops, accidents happen. But the castle bay car wash folks came out 3 times in 10 minutes to demand that we move- even though we told them we couldn't move as directed by Bentonville Police and NO ONE was in line behind us. They NEVER asked if we were ok - NOT impressed.
James, I am sorry that you had a bad experience at Big Frog NWA. Everything was done to ensure that you received a quality product at a very competitive price with a very fast turnaround. Your artwork was exactly as you wanted and was proofed and approved by you. All these things are to be expected of a quality Custom T-Shirt store. I am sorry that you proofed and approved artwork that was not what you wanted.This is why we have customers approve every design and artwork before it is printed to ensure that the customer is content with the contents of the print.I hope your experience is better next time.
