        No strawberries in my summer strawberry salad, cookie I ordered not in the bag. Also ordered a grilled cheese sandwich for co worker and it was not good. Usually have great sandwiches and food here, what happened today?

        The place looks gross, the managers look nervous, and the employees dont know the first thing about customer service. The bathrooms smell like something crawled in there and died.
