The Clinic at Commerce Centre

Dr. Bicak and his staff are great! Took the time to listen and then make recommendations. His staff is always friendly, with one young lady remembering us from when she was the nurse for our son at his pediatrician.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bicak for several years and have been very happy with the care I have received. Almost all of my office comes to this clinic. The care that my friends, family, and coworkers get at this office is very good. The front office has always been exceptional and do all they can do to get me in when I am sick and I appreciate it. I simply do not believe the 1 star rating that the other reviewer gave and believe it is likely to be "fake".

Horrible staff and quick to make assumptions about their patients. I've not only experienced this first hand, but I've also heard multiple stories that were similar. The staff made an error in judgement, and I wish I would've sued them for it. They were completely wrong, did no investigating, just sent a letter without any evidence all because I had no insurance at the time and could not keep coming back for every refill or to change a med that wasn't working for me. (They weren't even controlled meds.) The lady behind the desk got upset with me over the phone and the next thing I know, I get a rude letter in the mail. Very unprofessional and had it happened at the age I am now, I would've stuck up for myself and went back in there with a lawsuit for them. After telling my story, I've learned that many other patients have had the same situation happen to them. The staff is making a bad name for this clinic. To be honest, the doctor didn't really take his time with me from the beginning and was rude to my face the very first time I met him. Maybe that is just his personality, but he should be more mindful of his patient's feelings, especially when they're coming there for emotional reasons. Would not recommend this doctor or clinic.
