Awesome teachers and clean facility! I am always well aware of what is going on in the classroom and what they are learning. My son loves it!
Treat there employees like crap and very poorly managed and extremely overpriced. I'm my opinion there are a lot better options out there for your children.
I loved it at first. then a few months in I started noticing some red flags for me. One being that several times during the cold season when my son was having ear infections I would see pictures of him in fb without his hat that covered his ears on that I asked him to put on. Second my son was always thirsty and hungry after daycare and it wasn't until I came to picked him up one day I confronted them that I was told he "doesn't eat very good here" And why wasn't I being told he wasn't eating good! And so when I finally decided to take him out. I went to pick up his meds. One med was missing it a prescription for his allergic reactions. To be given to him incase of emergency break out. They were not sure what happened to it other than possibly being thrown out for being expired. First of all this is a prescription drug and second why wasn't I told that it was expired and being thrown out so I could send a refill! I am so upset about all of this.
After a couple days of taking my two-year-old son, he started to have extremely bad separation anxiety at drop off. The teacher would continue cleaning and never attempt to comfort him. He would just stand in the same place screaming, scared, and confused. I decided it wasn’t normal for workers to not comfort a child at drop off so I unenrolled him. The director said she agreed the teachers could improve on that. She also said the way I drop him off has a lot to do with why he has separation anxiety. Then followed that up with, I’m not judging you, I’m helping you. He does great at every other daycare he’s been at because they take time to comfort him at drop off so he can build trust. I shouldn’t have to tell someone to comfort a scared child. The director ended with “When he wasn’t being comforted you should have gotten me immediately so I could correct the teacher.” That was after her claim that they did nothing wrong. Now I'm stuck paying for 2 weeks when my son isn't going.
I started my son here at 9 weeks and could not be happier. It doesn't feel like he is at a daycare, it feels like he has a group of surrogate moms caring for him. They respect my every wish (I am a particular breastfeeding, cloth diapering mama!) but also use their good intuition when needed. They are extremely well educated and up to date on current recommendations for infant care, but also allow me to request them to deviate from the norm (my baby liked to be swaddled a little longer than was recommended). They help me out with troubleshooting with his schedule during the day, and they approach every day with humor and a smile. I would highly recommend this daycare.
Our 4 year old granddaughter has been at Mary's Little Lambs for a year now. We have seen such a remarkable change in her attitude, due to a staff who truly care about the children (children can sense those who truly care about them). She is not only learning academics (she is ready for Kindergarten), but she is learning how to treat others with respect. We appreciate each and every staff member for their love of children, and for their understanding and patience. Hopefully, she will be able to attend the before and after school program at Mary's Little Lambs when she starts Kindergarten next year. We feel like we owe a lot to them. Jerry and Linda Dossey.
My hours are not 6 to 6, they are 7 to 6. I have been in business for 7 years, not just 1. I take in all ages. Majority of the ages I currently have are 1 to 5
This place is AWESOME!!! Staff is Amazing I would recommend this daycare to anyone in Northwest Arkansas looking for a child care facility!!!
When selecting a summer camp option for my school age children I knew that WILD was the perfect fit. I wanted my child to review work learned throughout the year but also have fun through various activities and new experiences. This was a perfect balance. My children will never forget the teachers who made a lasting impact or the special friendships made. Visit WILD today and ask about their summer camp.
My child has attended JLMA since his was an infant, he is now entering their pre k room, I love the staff they are very attentive my son is always excited to go to school each morning, they have a educational religious based curriculum my child has learned alot attending JLMA , I would say the best thing about this center by far is that they have cameras in every class room were i can connect live and check up on my child from my work computer anytime through out the day. Great center!!
