Took my vehicle in for a minor bumper repair. After three tries, they still couldn’t get the bumper flush with the side panel. Very disappointed in this shop. Only positive thing that I can say about the place is that they have a very nice receptionist.

All service businesses want the reputation of getting it right the first time along with delivering a good value for money spent. Kepner's has this reputation. I know because I asked all sorts of people before bringing my Equinox in to be fixed from an accident. Everyone said Kepner's service is great and their work is good.
If you really want to know about a company though, see what they do when something goes wrong. This is how you find out about the true integrity of a business.
We were one of those problems. Due to the fact that humans are employed- some mistakes were made. We actually had to bring the Equinox back once, and point out another problem via paperwork later on. Jesse- our service contact- was absolutely professional both times. He corrected the problem from the first time and made sure I had no out of pocket expense for the second time. In fact, Jesse gave me a little extra form my time and trouble. In short- Jesse did everything he could to make it right. I'm happy to say he succeeded.
We will be bringing all our carts to Kepner's in the future, not only because of their reputation, but also for their outstanding integrity of how you handle problems. Also a big ATTABOY to Jesse for doing the right thing and keeping us as customers.
Looking forward to doing business with Kepner's again.
