Good food and good service. We went for breakfast and everything was good. The pancakes were especially fluffy.
I went to Mo Betta Gumbo for the first time with my son about a month ago and we found it to be a wonderful place to eat, the service was very good and prompt, the food excellent! We had to return a couple of weeks later to take the rest of our little family.
Tablets at the table? Horrible idea. When I eat out, I don’t want to hear loud music. I don’t want air conditioning blasting down my back and I don’t want to see an electronic device anywhere near my meal, much less on the table. We “dined” at a Chili’s restaurant in Bryant, Arkansas yesterday and it was a horrid experience. It was lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The place with somewhat busy, but certainly not crowded as we were seated immediately. The waiter took my husband’s drink order while I was in the ladies room and it took him 10 minutes to come back and take mine. We placed our lunch order at the same time. We did NOT see our waiter again. An assistant brought us our meal. Our drinks were not re-filled, our needs were not met. When we finished our mediocre meal, my husband went to the restroom and I waited to settle the bill. And waited and waited. No waitstaff. No bill. I finally had to swipe my credit card through the bloody machine. The tip was nominal to say the least. Who’s suffering from the introduction of this technology to the dining experience? The waiters, that’s who. They are earning less than minimum wage and now they will be tipped substantially less than the 20%+ that I usually leave. Sorry, Chili’s. You just lost a customers
HORRIBLE! JUST HORRIBLE! THEY DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN!First off let me say I had high hopes for this place. The food is good but overpriced and the servers don't really care about anyone besides themselves and their tips. Than came the day when I got hired as a dishwasher and quit a week later and for great reason! First off this place gets very busy and they only have one dishwasher working at a time everyday. Second it's very very very filthy back there! The drains don't drain! There's food and muck everywhere! There's no place for the dishwasher to wash his hands due to limited sink use (being broken) and no soap! There's no garbage disposal for the main sink and there's food in their all the time! The huge grill trap takes a lot of muscle to remove and drain the water into an already clogged sink and scoop out the muck left by the food. The dish machine is almost 14 years old! It's big and very difficult to clean and the strong smell of chemical is everywhere! The size of the dish pit is the same size of their office! It's no wonder they're investing one billion dollars into their stores to revamp everything! It's no surprise to someone who sees this from the inside. I have even seen cheese still stuck to plates after being ran through the dishwasher and stocked on the cooking line! This place is deplorable! Even at $10.00 an hour I was disgusted! One last thing, a young manager named Leia likes to talk trash about her own employees behind their back. She pretends to be friendly when she's actually bitter and a b#tch! You learn alot after one week!
Great appetizer and sports bar scene. Service is great!!
Honestly, if you like the whole peanut bucket at your table, you should go to Texas Roadhouse in little rock off shackleford. This Coltons has disappointed almost every time I have been there. Steaks have been super dry and either very undercooked or very overcooked. Service can be slow even when there are few customers. The Servers have ok attitudes but good luck getting one that remembers your drink order or even how you want your steak cooked.Overall, just go to Western Sizzlin behind the IHOP next to Coltons, more affordable, more food, better service, Infinitely better steaks!
When it comes to steak, no one does it better!I have been coming to this Western Sizzlin for 20+ years and I have never been disappointed! The restuarant is always clean , the bars always stocked with fantastic food, the service is fast and servers are always friendly and helpful! The steaks are amazing! The Gold Dust seasoning that is used is the BEST seasoning for steaks I have ever had! You can even get toppings for your steak!Best idea is to get the Sizzlin Top Sirlion with extra seasoning, whatever toppings and sides you want! The meal comes with the bar and if you want to bring the family always remember that kids eat free on Wednesdays!Go here NOW!! You won't regret it!
cool place to eat on the buffet
Wonderful service and food. Fair price and peanuts!
