I was very pleased the prices RV city had. We shopped around before deciding to purchase the camper we did. We picked out a camper on the lot then was informed that a newer would be arriving soon (within a week) we chose wait for the newest model. We paid for the camper in full instead of just paying the deposit I guess my mistake. I didn't have a problem waiting a week for the newest model. The problem I have is not being kept up date on the arrival of the camper. I understand there are things you can't help and that are out of your control but a little heads would be nice. If it wasn't for me reaching out to Forest River themselves I wouldn't be in the know. I have left numerous messages and ask for a return without ever recieving one. The last 3 dates have been told it would arrive have beenpushed back 2 more. This same camper was on another lot in North Arkansas but I kept my business local. This will be the last time doing business them (IF) I ever recieve my camper.

WARNING DON'T BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST,TERRIBLE DEALER! MY husband and I are recent cancer survivors and I am disabled and after much prayer we decided to buy a camper we went to purchase a camper at river city rv benton because it was near our home, we told the salesman we were Newbys at camper ownership, he assured us that he had 30 years experience and knowledge and he would help us get the best camper for our truck to pull,of course you can't test drive a camper,as soon as we pulled out of the dealership we knew we had been screwed,we nearly flipped our truck and the camper because the camper was far too heavy for our truck to pull our transmission stuggled,we called River city and were basically told " too bad it's all yours now " We begged the manager Scott Graves for help he said all he could offer is to put our camper on their lot and consign it (at a huge loss to us and prof it for them) we signed consignment agreement, 3 weeks later I called Scott he said that the owner had cussed him out and wanted our camper off his lot,we went to get the camper and they had pulled it to the very back of their lot in the mud we begged them for help and they pulled it out if the mud now we have a camper in our yard that we can't sell because we owe too much, don't want a huge gas guzzling truck, and paying monthly notes and insurance,Scott Graves even told us there is no way our truck can pull this camper,so we have lost faith on all dealers now,we tried to research as much as we could but didn't know that you could only safely pull 75 percent if what your vehicle says you can but River City knew but didn't care,TERRIBLE LIARS
we had been searching for RVs and looked on the internet and finally got in touch with this dealer and they are very friendly and family oriented, they go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I am very happy with my RV and service they have provided, I recommend this dealer 100%.
I have waited for several days to write my review because I wanted to cool off first. After our family purchasing two brand new campers from RV City in Benton and Against my better judgement due to past service experience with this business, we reluctantly took our camper to them to have an awning replaced. Once again, (and for the last time), they held up to my expectations of providing terrible customer service!! The employees are extremely rude. (With the exception of one. Melanie.) They do not follow as promised. This experience is too long to recount in one review. Save yourself the frustration and drive to Little Rock to Crain RV or anywhere else for that matter
