WARNING! These crooks will ROB you in more ways than one!!! Do not leave the premises without inspecting the inside of your car for theft!!!! They will take your personal items on top of price gouging you for a tow if you are arrested by the Benton police! It's bad enough to go to jail but to get out the next morning to find out a 4 mile tow costs $243....I paid the Ransom not thinking about the few items I had in my car only to get home to notice a brand new bottle of Dolce and Gabanna cologne I used right before I was pulled over was gone! POS dirtbag losers!

When I called to check on my car after being released the lady has the nerve to tell me they are the cheapest in town!

I'm not from Benton and they knew it and have a nice f@cking scam going at their garbage shop and impound lot! If you are as unfortunate as I was to have an encounter with the crooked Benton cops that have Weiss tow your car against your will...This is your WARNING!!!

They will also kick you while you're down! Take my advice and DO NOT LEAVE the property without checking your car for your personal belongings!

I will say thanks to the Weiss crew for at least for not taking the stick of deodorant and my cell phone car charger! Which were the only 2 other items inside my car other than napkins I had in my door. Worthless losers they are!

im from out of town from tx couple of saturdays ago i broke down on i-30 comeing home from working out of town i used my AAA membership and they told me it would be an hour or so befor anyone could get to me i was worried to death thinking i wouldnt get home for the weekend and where and how was i goin to get my truck fixed before monday so i wouldn have to miss any work . Well bout 15 mins or so a weise wrecker pulled up ask me kinda what was wrong i told him what light had come on and he called their mechanic and talked to him he asked me if i wanted towed to their mechanic shop an i said sure i had nothing to loose he towed me their and with in an 1an half hours and a altenator and belt later i was back on the road home i really appreciate them for there timely service and really affordable fair shop rates they could have really got to me with it bein the wknd and their mecanhic comeing in on his day off but they treated me excellent and more than fair their guys were more than curtious and nice as could be i will recomend them to any body travelin through benton ar or their own residents to use them i wouldn use anybody else if i lived there again thank yall so much and helping me get home to my family that hot misrable wknd again thank yall so much i wish yall the best in life

They are awful! They lie about when your vehicle will be finished, and are rude through and through! Go elsewhere
