I use Sherman for my business, a busy childcare facility with multiple units. Their service has always been prompt and professional. We previously used another company and the level of service we get from Sherman is far superior. So glad we chose to switch all of our heating and cooling needs to them. I also needed work done on my home unit and that was handled with the same attention as my business. I couldn't recommend them more for your business or residential needs.

This is the company that you want working on your HVAC. Macy Sherman and his employees replaced our thirty year old system and did extensive modification to the location of both compressor and furnace/blower to improve our indoor and outdoor environment. This involved rerouting the return air ductwork and adding a return in the opposite end of the house to balance the system. It really was an involved undertaking,and Mr. Sherman was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and as good as his word. The work was done in a timely manner, and the crew worked cleanly, respecting our home. I think we made the right decision, after getting five other bids on this work. It is a good feeling having confidence, and no reservations, regarding a big project.

I would highly recommend Sherman Heat and Air. Macy goes above and beyond and never feels rushed when servicing my A/C equipment. He seems to really care about giving you the best service as though it was his own house. He is also very fair with pricing and overall product!! Highly recommend for heat and air!!

I will use this company for any of my needs on heating and air. After my a/c went out on my rent home I got several estimates. Sherman might not have been the cheapest, but he was definitely the right choice. Not only did he get it installed quickly he did it in the rain. And after he was done he cleaned the work area and it looked better after he left than before he got there. Very polite he treats you like family. I would highly recommend Sherman to anyone having heating and air projects

I trust this company, and they do great work! Very few HVAC businesses will send out the owner of the company. I've worked with quite a few in the Little Rock area, where a HVAC tech came out and tried to sell me a new unit. They didn't want to even look at the existing unit to see what the issue might be. The owner of Sherman Heat and Air came out when I called them to find out what may be wrong with my unit. There were 2 units at my house and when I called these folks for service, it wasn't a tech that came out it was the owner. He was very patient with my questions about what was going on with the units, and what solutions might resolve the problem. My units kept leaking and after receiving several quotes, he provided the best price. When it came time to replace the unit, it wasn't a crew that came and replaced it, it was the owner and his staff. They all worked quickly and diligently to ensure it was done right. Its been a couple of weeks, and the new unit is working great.

Macy has provided great service over the last few years at my home. He has been stung by yellow jackets and forged through wasps to fix my air conditioner. This past week he came over within a few hours of my call to replace a fan motor in the rain while I held the umbrella. I always recommend Sherman heat and air to my friends and family.

Macy Sherman just left after having explained the heat pump system to a Calif. gal who knows absolutely nothing about them. Very easy to understand, answered all of my questions, checked the system. I signed a service agreement with him and look forward to working with them in the years to come.

I had Sherman Heat and Hair replace my heat exchanger in my HVAC unit. They did a great job, were prompt, and did the work for a very fair price. Most places say that they typically replace the entire unit when a heat exchanger goes out, Sherman Heat and Air worked with me to replace only what I needed. I appreciated that immensely and highly recommend this company.

Mr Sherman is a very nice, very personable young man, however three hours and $265.00 later my ice machine is exactly the same as before he came out - not working. I was very disappointed that he charged so much knowing he didn't fix my machine. But at least he said he felt bad about it. Oh well.

Macy Sherman is the best solution we found for providing regular maintenance and HVAC repairs for my three rent homes near Hot Springs Village. He provided affordable and reliable maintenance plus great customer service. No question he'll take care of any issues, save you from headaches and charge you only a fair price. All good.

Our air went out over labor day weekend. We contacted Mr Sherman on that monday and he came out 3hrs later. He was very friendly, professional and thorough, quickly found and fixed the problem. He also later called to make sure everything was still in working order. We were very pleased with our service and will use him for any issues and our regular maintence in the future!

A co-worker recommended Sherman Heat, Air & Refrigeration when my AC went out. He was fairly priced, lower than the more recognized names. The thing that impressed me the most about Mr. Sherman is that he waited to see if his repairs "took." Unlike the other AC repair people who left as soon as the job was finished (and who I had to call back out because the repairs weren't done correctly), Mr. Sherman walked around checking the vents to make sure cool air was blowing.

I had SHERMAN HEATING AND AIR out today to install a new A/C and Heating unit,Mr.Sherman and his coworker were very polite and explained everything that was going on while doing the install.Sherman Heating and Air was fair priced and worth every penny.Trustworthy and honest employees and company .We will definitely be using them for now on for any heating and air issue.

When I called Me. Sherman he said we were a little out of his area but he said if we would do a service contract he would go ahead and take care of us. Because he had such great reviews I said that was fine. When he came and fixed the problem he said because it was going to be a bit much we didn't have to do the contract if we didn't want to in order to save us some money. He was really nice and very professional and we will absolutely call him again if we need to and recommend him.

Great service. Mr. Sherman was on time and very professional. He did a great job of finding out what my problem was and was able to fix it for a fair price. I will be signing up for a maintenace agreement with this company. I would highly recommend this company. Mr. Sherman also showed me a few simple things that I could do myself to save myself a few dollars in the future. Don't know many guys that would do that.
